rotation, requires the operator
to manually adjust thumb
location, welded to the stick
via a base plate, one size fits
all approach, eliminates the
need for hydraulics, static
working position
• Hydraulic weld on – same
features of the manual, but
incorporates a hydraulic
cylinder for thumb
positioning, increases
production, less rotation and
working range then main pin
and pro link
• Main pin – more rotation,
better relationship with
the rotation of the bucket,
engineered to match the
bucket width and tip radius,
multiple tine options, rotates
on the same pin as the bucket

HYDRAULIC MAIN PIN THUMB
The CP Main Pin hydraulic thumb’s Tines
are manufactured of T-1 steel, ranging from
5/8-inches up to 1-1/2-inches. Installation
is simple, requiring only the welding of a
hydraulic cylinder bracket and the attachment
with a few pins and a hydraulic cylinder.
For mini-excavators and excavators up to
100,000-pounds
• Efficiently operates on smaller machines
• Integrated design on side plates and Tines for
greater strength
• Special finger serration for increased holding
ability
• Minimal welding required for installation onto
the machine
• Linkage allows a rotation of up to 140˚ for
maximum grappling

PROGRESSIVE LINK HYDRAULIC THUMB
For heavy-duty applications, it features a lockback bracket that prevents the thumb from
drifting when not in use and spherical bearings in
the hydraulic cylinder and thumb.
