Upon entry, each guest will be given a bid card. To bid in the silent auction, simply write your bid number on the silent auction bid form. To bid in the live auction, hold up your bid card with the number toward the auctioneer. By bidding in the live or silent auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. 2. A bid acknowledgement by the live auctioneer is a legal contract to purchase the item. As well, in the silent auction, designation of the bid you have written by the silent auction official as the top bid is a legal contract to purchase the silent auction item. 3. Top bidders may pay for their items at the checkout area. It is not necessary to pay for each item after its purchase and we encourage you to pay for your purchases only once, at the end of the auction. Payment in full, however, is mandatory at the Auction. 4. Auction items will be awarded to one purchaser only. The top bid amount for an auction item will not be split among bidders who may have agreed to pay a portion of the top bid amount. A purchaser, who wishes to split the payment for an auction item, must collect the individual payments from the other bidder(s). 5. All purchases are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, which is merely a fractional advance over the prior bid. 7. We will gladly accept your payment by currency, your check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please make your checks payable to All Saints School. In 1954, the Internal Revenue Service granted All Saints School charitable organization status. We are, thus, a 501C3 organization and your payments are tax deductible as a charitable contribution, only to the extent provided by law. 8. Unless otherwise noted, all goods and services must be claimed and used within one year of the auction date. 9. All Saints School reserves the right to add or withdraw, without notice, items to or from the auction. 10. The purchaser assumes the responsibility to locate and remove purchases from the auction premises. Purchasers may claim from the cashiers the certificates for services and tangible items not displayed. You will be asked to show your paid receipt for tangible items at the door when you depart. 11. Reservations for trips and vacation accommodations must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise noted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to initially contact the donor. If travel and/or accommodations are for a specific date, refunds will not be made if the bidder does not use the travel and/or accommodations. Tickets in travel packages are for coach class unless otherwise noted. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages for cancelled tickets and/ or accommodations. 12. All items not removed from the auction premises the evening of the event will be stored at the Fairgrounds Expo Hall through Monday, March 13th. When I Grow Up... The Kindergarten project this year is a beautiful display of innocence. Each Kindergartner was professionally photographed next to a sign displaying what they told us they want to be when they grow up. We have a wide range of professions coming from our Kindergartners, class of 2025! Fret not, because we have future teachers, doctors, a paleontologist and a priest, and we will be well protected by our ninjas! C3. Community in Christ Each first grade student lovingly created a beautiful metallic cross impressed with a design that reflects each child’s unique personality. The individual crosses have been combined to create one large cross to hang on your wall. Just as our first grade is made up of individuals who have come together to create a community, this lovely project is a visual representation of our community in Christ. C4. Professions of Faith This lovely faith-filled quilt is an original design by our 2nd graders. Each student is represented on an individual square depicting a religious object or prayer of their choice. The process was finished by a professional quilter and will faithfully keep you warm for years to come! C5. Teach a Man to Fish The 2013 All Saints 3rd Grade Classes are represented by 44 individual copper fish, swimming towards a common goal of learning for a lifetime in this unique framed piece of artwork. Firepit Memories Build memories on any given summer night, fall evening, or wintery dusk with family and friends as you gather around your one-of-a-kind designer fire pit. Each student from the 4th grade class has creatively decorated outlying tiles to surround this durable haven of warmth. Remind yourself of just how wonderful life is as you toast s'mores, giggle at stories, and create traditions with loved ones within the comfy confines of your very own backyard. We also included a cord of firewood cut, split and delivered. C7. Heavenly Quilters This stained glass effect quilt is made from fabric that was hand dyed by the 5th grade students. The students spent two afternoons learning to hand dye fabric using professional powder dyes and ice to create a one-of-a-kind art quilt. Each student's name is embroidered on the quilt as well as the Queen of Heaven Prayer. The quilt was professionally quilted by longarm quilters at The Quilting Loft in Seattle and will be a great keepsake to admire and keep you warm for years to come. C8. Prayer Cross Our Sixth graders are presenting a 20'' x 30'' stretched photo montage canvas upon which they superimposed a mixed media wire and woven sari silk cross hung with personal prayer tags composed by each student. Etchings of Faith This beautiful glass bowl our faith-filled 7th graders lovingly adorned will be a family keepsake for years to come! Each of our 7th grade students designed a cross that was etched onto this bowl. Your child's rendition of a cross can be easily spotted as their name is adjacent to their cross. Display this bowl faithfully! C10. Tree of Life They are ending their journey at All Saints Catholic School and have made many memories over the years.
