Location
Faws House is situated in Thrunton Woods and in the heart of rural mid Northumberland. Its location ensures ease of access to
many of Northumberland’s attractions with the Cheviot Hills a short drive away offering a comprehensive range of walks and
sporting activities and the glorious Northumberland heritage coast is also within easy reach and one can enjoy the many castles
and other attractions along this special coastline.
The attractive rural villages of Whittingham, Powburn and Longframlington are a short drive away and between them offer a good
range of local services, including pubs, village shops, Post Office and petrol station. A more comprehensive range of amenities can
be found in the market towns of Alnwick (8 miles) and Morpeth (16 miles) both of which provide good local shopping, schooling and
recreational facilities.
The Property
Faws House is an extremely attractive property built in traditional Northumberland construction of sandstone
