Prepare PWLC Vanilla pudding according
to package. Add extract and sweetener
and stir. Layer into a parfait glass
alternating layers of pudding and crushed
cereal. Serve.

Prepare PWLC Vanilla Pudding with 3oz of

To prepare crust: Combine the PWLC
Snack Bar and cereal in a small bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Remove from microwave and stir with a
fork. Add water to moisten. Divide evenly
between two custard cups or small bowls
and press flat.
To prepare filling: combine all filling
ingredients in a blender. Blend in high
until smooth. Stir occasionally to scrape
down the sides of the blender. Pour half
of mixture into each crust. Chill and serve.
