Table Top Luncheon April 26, 2013
Dear Mendham Township Middle School and Elementary School Parents:
The H.S.A. is hosting its 10th annual Tabletop Luncheon fundraiser. The Tabletop Luncheon is
one of the HSA’s most exciting fundraisers, and its biggest, raising about $29,000 for our
schools last year alone. We would not have been able to accomplish this without your
continued support. Your contributions are a vital part of this effort. This year, proceeds will
benefit enhancing our school’s libraries and media centers! We are hoping that we can count
on you to help us make this year’s Tabletop Luncheon a huge success.
The H.S.A. hopes that you will consider donating an item to this year’s auction. Below is a list of
suggested items, or feel free to be creative! If you would like to donate several themed items,
we would be delighted to package them together for you. All donors will be acknowledged in
our Tabletop Auction catalog.











Sports: Tickets or use of a corporate box, signed memorabilia, a tailgating package, a
sail boating/fishing trip, host a round of golf at a private club, personal training sessions,
exercise equipment
Electronics: IPAD, laptop computers or game systems
A vacation home
Jewelry
Local spa packages
Gift Certificates: to NYC or Northern Jersey Restaurants
Theatre tickets
Museum tours
Fun things to do: Kayaking or white water rafting trip, bicycling tour, a hot air balloon
ride
Services: Interior decorating, dog training, tutoring, knitting classes, music lessons and
landscaping
