How Does It Work?
 Find Sponsors. Ask family, friends and parents’ co-workers. Sponsors can make a flat donation or pledge a
per-lap donation. Record on the Sponsors/Donations Sheet. For out-of-town family and friends, donations can
be made online at: www.pbvusd.k12.ca.us/page/7478
 Jog/Run/Walk. On the day of the event, run, jog and/or walk as many laps as you can! Laps will be
recorded on a Tally Sheet. Use # of Total Laps to calculate per-lap donations.
 Collect Donations. Return donations and prize drawing tickets in the Jog-A-Thon Collection Envelope.
Don’t forget, students get a raffle ticket for every $10 collected to win lots of great prizes. Make checks
payable to RRPC. Please write JAT, student’s name and teacher on checks.
