In September, the team traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the 2012 NRA National Police Shooting Championship. Retired Officer John Warner, Officer Kevin Moran, Officer Philip E. The theatre was full of police officers and their families from all over the St. Louis area. SLMPD was well represented with an Honor Guard, Department Chaplain Brother Fava, who gave the invocation, and Department cars included in the vehicle display! Thank you to all who supported this amazing film. Officer Daryl Hall, a SLMPD Officer who died when he confronted a gunman off-duty in April of 2011, was honored in a video montage in the film and in the end credits. Proud moment! Metro Quarterly | 4
