desire that Qirat and Naat
competitions in Schools / Colleges and Universities may be held as per schedule
mentioned below. A prize distribution ceremony for the winners of Qirat and Naat
Chief Minister has been pleased

Concerned EDO (Education) of District will be the Focal Person at
District Level. List of venue at District Level will be provided by the Focal
Person.

Concerned EDO (Education) of Divisional Headquarter will be the Focal
Person at Divisional Level. List of venue at Divisional Level will be
provided by the Focal Person.
DP|(Secondary), Punjab, Lahore will be the Focal Person at Provincial
Level.
(xii) The Focal Persons should coordinate
with the District Administration
and the Police Department for security and other allied arrangements

i.e., invitation to Chief Guests, Event / Venue Management
(xiii) The adjudication criteria for the competition evaluation shall be framed
by Secretary, Auqaf Department. He will also nominate the adjudicaters
for these competitions. Further, he will constitute Grievance Redressal
Committees at the District / Divisional and Provincial Level.
(xiv) The Focal Person concerned will also invite Elected Representatives,
Commissioners and DCOs to participate in the event.
(xv) The events for the boys and girls will be held separately.
(xvi) The events are meant for the Public Sector Schools only.
(xvii) The DCO of the concerned district shall make arrangements for
transporUfood for the students participating at Provincial Level competitions
and prize distribution ceremony on 25-03-2016 & 26-03-2016.
