Philippe Schindler – CIO and Board member
 32 years of experience in investment.
 Worked as account auditor, primary equity analyst, Chief Investment Officer in some well-known
private banks and chief advisor to international private clients, family offices, institutions and pension
funds.
 He has a Degree from HEC (Lausanne) and was Lecturer at Lausanne University 1998-2001 for the
Master in Banking and Finance (MBF program).
Philippe Rezzonico – Partner
 30 years of experience as financial analyst, fund manager and strategist.
 He was in charge of the Investment department and was a member of the Investment Committee in
two well-known private banks.
 He has a degree in Economics and Company Management from Geneva University and a Federal
Diploma of Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager.
Jérôme Baillaud - Partner
 15 years of experience as a fixed income specialist, bond strategist and bond fund manager.
 Covers the whole fixed income universe from government bonds to high yield and emerging debts.
 He is a graduate of the Paris Business School of Management in Finance and holds a Master's degree in
Bank and Finance from the Paris Assas University, graduating in 2003.
Yves Carnazzola
 20 years experience in finance for private and institutional clients.
 Worked as a macro-strategist and as a CIO. Was in charge of a team in equity, fixed income, FX,
commodity and cross-asset quantitative strategy.
 Yves holds a Master degree in International Economics from Graduate Institute of International Studies
in Geneva. Has a Federal diploma with CFPI and CAIA Affiliate Membership.
 Yves used to work for SBC Warburg Dillon Read, Synchrony Asset Management, Lloyds Banking Group.

 Canada / Paradigm Capital : Blue Lakes Advisors has a partnership with a Canadian investment dealer,
specialized in Mining, Energy, Technology, Entertainment, Healthcare and Industrial products. Blue Lakes
Advisors is in charge of distributing Paradigm’s research to European institutional investors and offers
trading services. Paradigm Capital offers trade executions in the Canadian markets and US markets.

Olivia Andrist
 After 20 years in private banking encompassing a wide range of financial products, Olivia has
developed a strong ability to manage clients’ needs and expectations.
 She began her career in 1996 with Capital International and then joined different financial institutions
where she was involved in fund selection and distribution. Prior to Blue Lakes Advisors, Olivia was an
investment advisor for HSBC Private Bank.
 She graduated in 1996 with a Master's Degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of
Geneva
Ayomi Gunawardhana
 Before starting her career in the financial markets industry in 2001, Ayomi studied International
Relations at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, in Geneva.
 She then worked as a sales trader and advisor for different private banks and financial institutions.
While her core expertise has always been Fixed Income – from plain vanilla government bonds to
structured products, encompassing high yield and convertibles, she also has excellent knowledge of
other investment products, and a strong sense of Emerging Markets.
 Ayomi joined Blue Lakes Advisors in 2016, as global salesperson, involved in structured products,
advisory solutions as well as fund selection and distribution.

 A Swiss Chartered Accountant.

Michael Colligan – Partner – Natural Resources
 Michael Colligan has more than 35 years of experience in and around the natural resources business,
initially as an oil trader, and subsequently as a consultant in both oil and mining finance.
 Having worked as an independent for 25 years, he has had a variety of roles from business
development and company promotion to externally managing projects, with such companies as BP,
EDS, and Continental Grain.
 Mr. Colligan studied International Economics at the School of Public and International Affairs of George
Washington University, in Washington, DC.
Kamal Rachidy – Life Sciences
 Master in biology cellular and physiology from the University of Pierre et Marie Curie. Specialization in
genetics.
 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Equity analyst for a hedge fund in London that
specialize in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
 Worked for Vantage Capital Market in Hong Kong and in New York, for Exane BNP Paribas.
 Kamal joined Blue Lakes in 2016 in private equity for biotechnologies, medtech and pharmaceuticals
