over the east coast while serving under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Scott.
Bishop Winters founded Master Builders
Church (formerly Chosen Generation Worship
Center). The ministry of Bishop Winters is
simply this: To heal hurts and fill needs. He has
done this with excellence from a teenager and
shows no signs of stopping anytime soon!
Pastor Winters, along with his beautiful wife
Melissa are the parents of four: Caleb, and their
triplet daughters Hannah, Morgan, and the late
Lydia Winters.
