Benefits of using Sidchrome Air Tool Oil include:
• Reduced amount of lubricant required to lubricate the air tool
providing:
– Less oil in exhaust - cleaner breathing air
– Less chance of soiling production
• Improved anti-wear and low friction characteristics offer:
– Less downtime - longer service life of vanes, cylinders and
valves
– Reduced warranty claims
– Increased torque output
• Non heavy metal based oil (USDA H2 Quality)
– Approved for use in close quarters application where air tool
oil can be harmful to the operator
WARNING
Always use an air line lubricator with this tool. After every eight hours of
operation, if a lubricator is not used on the compressed air network, inject
1/2 to 1 cc of approved air tool oil through the tool’s inlet connection.
Recommended air tool oil available from Sidchrome SCMTSATO-250.
After every forty-eight hours of operation, or as experience indicates,
inject about 4 cc of approved pneumatic grease into the grease fitting.
Recommend to use Sidchrome grease SCMTSA-LUB2.
Important it is recommended that you have an in line filter between the
compressor and the impact tool this will remove any dirt / rust, rubbish also
water. This will increase your tool life.
