What makes Elevating Entrepreneurs different is a dedication to mentoring: each entrepreneur is teamed with a highly experienced UBS Financial Advisor and a UBS client to set goals to be pursued during the program—and beyond. Together, the mentor team meets with the small business owner at least once a month to address the company’s specific needs and challenges, and offer advice and a fresh perspective on ways to grow. Entrepreneurs will participate in two UBS-sponsored workshops and two networking events. They’ll have the opportunity to meet with members of the UBS management team as well as industry influencers and major decision makers from both the private and public sectors.
