A chance to work with artists Josie Dick and Shona
MacPherson; talk, draw, map make and explore the
psychogeography of Hackney Wick. The project springs
from feelings of disconnection and alienation, which can
sometimes arise from contemporary urban dwelling. We
want people to interact with and contribute their
experiences of Hackney Wick to the map, eventually
ending up with a collective map, made up of many
individual viewpoints, and a more social and less
utilitarian representation of the area.

they plan to mark the day with a free, all day event. A
single analogue clock pulse will drive and synchronise a
20 meter table filled with the worlds most advanced,
obscure and sophisticated synthesisers. No Midi devices,
turntables, cd players or computers will be used. Visual
elements will also be added throughout the day. The
group will also present "Analogue Laser Systems". Which
is in its rawest form, the simultaneous amplification of
electricity to sound, and light. www.londonmodular.co.uk
