The ENERGY factory is located in the suburbs of Turin, one of Italy’s and, of course, Europe’s industrial centers. Almost 20 years in the making, ENERGY has become a benchmark for professionals in industrial burner production for high-tech, long-life and easy-to-maintain burner equipment, as evidenced by the widespread geography of facilities. ENERGY’s engineering team is constantly engaged in research and studies of effective combustion technologies of various types of fuel for a reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Burners of the given series can be applied to operate with all types of boilers with the corresponding power. The compact and reliable design of IBSM series burners allows you to save working space in the boiler room: modem technologies used on IBSM burners help increase the performance efficiency of the installation and reduce harmful atmospheric emissions. Available in Low NOx version for any model. The main difference between IBST series burners and mono-block designs is the presence of a separate fan and electrical junction box, facilitating a reduction in noise level in the working area and enabling a supply air for combustion with a temperature up to 200 °C. Unlike IBST series burners, burners IBSR series have special design of air ducts. This construction includes registers (special blades), by changing the position of which you can change the turbulence of air flow through the burner’s air duct and with that change the geometry of the flame: its diameter and length, which is especially relevant for the reconstruction of Russian-made boilers with small combustion chambers. This Heavy oil thurst group work at pressure ≤ 3 bar with fuel temperature of 60°C. This Heavy oil thurst group work at pressure ≤ 3 bar with fuel temperature of 60°C. The steam exchanger with PED certification, complete of accessories. Steam exchanger is designed for steam pressure 10-14 bar. If the end user choose to insert steam exchanger is necessary to increase heavy oil temperature till 110 °C at ring pressure of 3 bar.
