- Switch off the power on your TravelSound before docking or undocking your player.
- To ensure proper playback from your TravelSound, align the connectors of your
player with the connectors on your TravelSound and firmly press your player into
place, but not force it. If you experience unbalanced sound, very low volume, or hissing, your
player may not be firmly attached.
• Caution: When docking or undocking your ZEN V/V Plus player,
do not twist or turn your player. This reduces the risk of damaging
your player and/or TravelSound connectors.
