In 2010, the U.S. aftermarket growth outpaced the previous 10 years, with more growth projected over the
next five years. The import aftermarket segment accounts for a sizable portion of market growth with predictions
for future increases of 3-6% annually.
The category of maintenance and repair chemicals experienced an increase of +2.9% over the previous year.
Forecasts indicate that the chemicals aftermarket will retain significant ranking as the 6th largest product
category with more than $4B in end-user sales.
