Der Verwaltungsrat der Kaba Holding AG empfiehlt die Wahl folgender Personen in das Gremium:
Elton SK Chiu, *1957, chinesischer Staatsbürger mit Wohnsitz in Hong Kong,
studierte Rechnungswesen an der Polytechnischen Hochschule in Hong Kong,
wo er 1979 den höheren Abschluss machte. 1993 absolvierte er zudem an
der Universität von Michigan erfolgreich ein Corporate Financial Management
Program.
Elton Chiu hat während der letzten dreissig Jahre in verschiedenen Managementfunktionen für internationale Wirtschaftsprüfer und multinationale
Firmengruppen gearbeitet, zuletzt als Geschäftsführer von JT International (China) Ltd in Hong Kong. 2003 gründete
er ELP Business Advisory Ltd, die sich auf Beratung in den Bereichen Direktinvestitionen, Fusionen und Akquisitionen
sowie Finanzen allgemein spezialisiert hat. Elton Chiu ist Präsident von ELP Business Advisory Ltd, Vizepräsident von
Centurylink International Investment Ltd sowie praktizierender Berater bei Chan+Man, Certified Public Accountants.
Zudem ist er nicht exekutives Verwaltungsratsmitglied der Kaba Tochtergesellschaft Wah Yuet Group.
Elton Chiu ist Mitglied der folgenden Berufsvereinigungen: Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(FCPA, praktizierend), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom (FCCA), und Institute
of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales (ACA).
Daniel Däniker, *1963, Schweizer Staatsbürger, studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Neuchâtel und Zürich, wo er das Studium 1987 abschloss und
1992 doktorierte. 1990 wurde er als Rechtsanwalt zugelassen, und 1996
erlangte er einen LL.M. an der Universität Chicago.
Daniel Däniker hat die meiste Zeit seiner beruflichen Laufbahn bei der Homburger AG, einer der führenden Anwaltskanzleien in der Schweiz, verbracht.
Er ist dort seit 2000 Partner und leitet heute das Praxisteam Corporate/M+A.
Daniel Dänikers Tätigkeit liegt schwergewichtig in den Bereichen M+A, Kapitalmarktrecht, Finanzmarktregulierung
und Corporate Governance. Er ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität Zürich und Mitherausgeber der Zeitschrift für
Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht (GesKR).
Daniel Däniker ist nicht exekutives Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der GAM Holding AG.

The Board of Directors of Kaba Holding AG proposes that the following two persons be newly elected to the Board:
Elton SK Chiu, *1957, Chinese resident in Hong Kong, studied accountancy
at Hong Kong Polytechnic, from where he graduated with a higher diploma in
1979. In 1993, he successfully completed the Corporate Financial Management
Program at the University of Michigan.
For the last 30 years, Elton Chiu has worked through senior management
positions both at major international professional accounting firms and
multinational corporations, most recently as General Manager (CEO) of JT
International (China) Ltd in Hong Kong. In 2003, he founded ELP Business Advisory Ltd, specializing in the areas
of direct investment, M+A, financial and business consulting. Elton Chiu is President of ELP Business Advisory Ltd
and Vice-Chairman of Centurylink International Investment Ltd. as well as a practicing consultant at Chan+Man, Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is a non-executive member of the Board of the Kaba affiliate Wah Yuet Group.
Elton Chiu is a member of the following professional associations: The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FCPA, practicing), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom (FCCA), and Institute
of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales (ACA).
Daniel Daeniker, *1963, Swiss citizen, studied law in Neuchâtel and Zurich,
from where he graduated in 1987 and obtained a doctorate in 1992. He also
studied at The Law School of the University of Chicago, from where he graduated as an LL.M. in 1996. He was admitted to the bar in 1990.
Daniel Daeniker has spent most of his professional career with Homburger
AG, one of Switzerland’s leading law firms, where he has been a partner since
2000. He currently heads the Corporate/M+A practice group of Homburger.
Daniel Daeniker’s practice focuses on mergers+acquisitions, equity capital markets, financial services regulation
and corporate governance. He is a lecturer in law at the University of Zurich and a member of the editorial board of
the legal periodical GesKR (Zeitschrift für Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht).
Daniel Daeniker is a non-executive director of GAM Holding AG.
