General Product Description Simply spoken, BENDA-LUTZ® DEPUVAL is a non dusting aluminium powder. BENDA-LUTZ® DEPUVAL Aluminium non dusting denominates a complete product line which consists of aluminium powder (flake-form) embedded in a matrix built by maximum 0.2% of a micro-net forming chemically inert additive. This combination is designed to minimize easy dispersion of fine BENDA-LUTZ® aluminium powders have been successfully on the market in “DEPUVAL”-appearance for several years now. 2. Fields of Application The fields of application are depending on the grade or type used and are in general: Powder Coatings: DEPUVAL is recommended for mixing processes applying shear forces to the system. Under such conditions DEPUVAL-grades release the pigment and disperse it into the base powder coating. Colouring of Plastics: Extrusion: Pure pigment without introduction of carrier medium. Explosives: Slurry explosives: Safe flake incorporation into the slurry, network supports oxygen incorporation.
