Der TOEFL ist der vom Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Princeton, USA,
entwickelte und international anerkannte englische Sprachtest für den
Hochschulzugang. Seit 2006 wird er als Internet-basierter Test (iBT), mit
integriertem mündlichem Teil durchgeführt.
Preparing for the TOEFL
The Language Centre at TU Bergakademie Freiberg offers a TOEFL preparation
course each semester. The course is for students who need to provide a TOEFLscore in English as spoken in North America as an entry requirement to access a
university/college and/or sponsoring institutions in the US, Canada, Britain and
elsewhere.
The course will aim to
- familiarize you with the test format and the skills required
- provide practice and sample tests on all test sections
- create awareness of test taking strategies
Entry level requirements: intermediate to advanced
