MNA refers to the collective name of three bases (offices). First, MNAOH(Ohio), which had been called OMMC(Ohio Module Manufacturing
Company) until a few years ago, located in Toledo, Ohio, is supplying
complete chassis modules for Jeep Wrangler. Second, MNA-MI(Michigan),
located in Detroit, Michigan is supplying chassis modules for Jeep Grand
Cherokee and Dodge Durango. MNA-FH(Farmington Hill), located 25-mile
away north-west of Detroit is operating sales and research facilities.
Particularly, it is the starting point of MNA’s module plants, and where
MOBIS became the first Korean auto parts manufacturer that received an
order for modules from Chrysler. Even now, they continue sales activities
receiving orders from the US Big 3 Auto Makers (GM, Ford and Chrysler).
The northeast region in the US where MNA is located is an economically
strategic point where commercial and industrial sectors have flourished
and rail transport has developed from the past as there are lots of mines.

The Beginning of The History of
Module Manufacturing for Foreign Vehicles
The history of MNA-OH has something in common with MOBIS in that
they entered into the module market for foreign vehicles at the same time.
After MOBIS landed a contract with Chrysler and Jeep Wrangler for
complete chassis modules in 2004, MOBIS received free lease($1 Lease) of
Toledo Chrysler Supplier Park (multinational plant land), and started
building the plant in 2005 and initiated mass-production in 2006 right
after its completion. MNA-OH introduced a conveyor (Trestle) system
which may directly supply modules to automobile plants by using the
concept of a Supplier Park from its designing stage, and it was the first
attempt among all our module plants. Through the system, MNA-OH could
reduce logistics coasts and secure stable module supply, and attempted

I think nothing is better than running to the forest, leaving the

bored to sit still and listen to the sound from the forest for a long
time. But, if suddenly deer comes out, a thrilling race begins from
that time. I can’t really come to the forest these days, so I brush up
on shooting at a shooting range.

Yes, I have some other guns. I use a rifle for hunting big animal
like deer, and use a shot gun for small ones like birds. Others are

MOBIS closed its container business which it had continued for
23 years since its establishment in 1977 as the company declared its
new area of business, auto parts. MOBIS finished its last production

floor in Seun Building located in Jongno 3-ga, Jongno-gu, Seoul. On
June 25, 1977, HYUNDAI PRECISION & INDUSTRY held an
organization meeting, and appointed President Chung Mong-Koo,
and declared its foundation by calling the general meeting of
shareholders (July 01). It strengthened the basis for growth by
concentrating on 3 key businesses : auto parts, cast valves and

I am PSY from JMA for Today

I once took a trip to Europe while I was studying in Sweden
with friends. We had a tight schedule as we were keen to go
and see many places. I have a sudden flash of memory that
we crashed out as soon as we got to our accommodation as
JMA had an end-closing party in the main hall at the end of
we were so tired from the overnight ferry ride from
last year. My post, the Module Materials Dept. danced to
Stockholm to Helsinki. We got up early the next morning
