Clévacances France is a network that has the
approval of the Ministry of Tourism. Accommodation is certified by them to give you a guarantee of quality.
All rental accommodation displaying this label
must respect the rules of the Clévacances
National Charter for Quality, which concern
the setting, the standard of internal décor and
facilities and the hospitality.
The premises are checked regularly by professional tourism inspectors to ensure that quality
is maintained.

Accommodation is given a rating of between
1 and 5 ‘keys’ depending on its level of comfort
and facilities.
Agencies displaying the Clévacances logo can
offer you such accommodation to choose from.
The price includes

How to book
• Heating (and in some cases electricity) out of
season.
• The deposit or guarantee (normally between
200 and 400 €). Deposit cheques are not
banked and are returned on the day of departure or within a specified time, once the accommodation has been inspected.
• Daily tourist tax.
You will be asked for 25 to 50 % of the price
of stay. The balance must be paid 30 days
before arrival or in some cases, on arrival.
These usually last 7, 14, 21, 28 days or more,
starting on Saturdays or occasionally Sundays.
Out of season, arrival and departure dates are
flexible and can be adapted to your programme
with the agency’s help.
Available for rental on site
Either from the agency or from a local supplier: sheets, household linen, towels, TV, cot,
garage or parking space etc.
The terms and conditions below are given for
information only.
Each agency may operate differently.
The rental of the accommodation, water, gas
and electricity during the holiday season, basic
furniture, crockery, cutlery, blankets and pillows.
