Facilitated by PamMoss,afuneralcelebrantandformermemberoftheclergy,whohasdedicated thepasttwoyearsofherprofessionallifetolearningwhatitisliketobeonthefront lines of being a funeral director. The insight gained from the research and experiences, coupled with her gentle compassionate nature and previous formal learningwillensureparticipantsgainanappreciationofthedepthofthechallenges silentlyfacedbymanyfuneraldirectorsinOntario.
