The standard bond for the peripheral grinding of tungsten carbide
tool inserts. Very good grinding performance and resistance to
wear. The all-round bond for grinding customer-specific tungsten
carbide solutions

This open pore bond offers good grinding performance for efficiently grinding high performance cutting materials like cermet.

DUOWHEEL enables deep and peripheral grinding
With DUOWHEEL, you can have two different grinding wheels
in one tool, which means the following is possible:
CNC shape dressing of ceramic wheels using point
crushing possible
The two wheels do not need to be dressed together
Both wheels can be replaced independently
Refitting option available for new machines
(after technical clarification)
With the additional peripheral grinding wheel you have

The grain size of the diamond- and CBN grinding grain used is adapted to the task
as well as to the required surface finish quality.
Grain type / cutting material
Depending on the task at hand, we use different grain types made of diamond and CBN.
The two types differ in terms of their characteristic properties (splintery, block-shaped, free-cutting, etc.).

For multi-layer bonds (R,M,V), a grinding agent concentration is selected that permits
