Process Waste Heat after combustion
Energy resources are running short and we can no longer afford to let waste heat from industrial
processes unused. Individually tailored Waste Heat Boiler Plants of BERTSCH enable optimum
energy yield from the respective processes.

With the so called direct-reduction-process hydrogen can be produced out of natural gas.
BERTSCH produces the required boiler plants for the optimised steam generation and feed gas
heating.

The global annual production of sulfuric acid is about 200 million tons. Sulfuric acid is used in
almost all chemical processes directly or indirectly. With BERTSCH boiler plants the waste heat
from the sulfuric furnace will be used to produce process steam for heat supply and / or power
generation.
