Anamorphic
The ARRI Master Anamorphic lenses are the result of a cooperation with ARRI's long-term lens partner Carl Zeiss. The new anamorphic lenses
offer a unique optical performance, with optimized flare and bokeh as well as state-of -the art lens barrels featuring improved dust and water
protection. All seven Master Anamorphic lenses (35, 40, 50, 60, 75, 100, and 135mm) are super color matched to other ARRI/ZEISS primes
and ARRI/FUJINON zooms as well. They provide revolutionary new optical technology in anamorphic lenses for virtually no image breathing,
no distortion and no anamorphic mumps (fat face effect). Their near telecentric optical design reduces color fringing and shading at the
image corners. These are the first anamorphic lenses to be designed from the scratch for modern digital cameras, although they will work
with analog film cameras as well. However, they benefit from the combination with ARRI ALEXA 4.3 cameras for outstanding overall image
quality. ARRI Master Anamorphic lenses are optimized for aesthetic look and feature evenly illuminated oval out-of-focus highlights without
any sharp edges due to the newly developed iris with 15 aperture blades. The lens barrel is based on the same reliable mechanics as the
industry-renowned ARRI Master Prime lenses but with even better sealing against dust and humidity, the completely new focusing
mechanism overcomes time-consuming mechanical readjustments on the set.

ARRI Master Anamorphic Flare Set
The new ARRI Master Anamorphic Flare Sets are highly versatile and economical accessories for the ARRI/ZEISS Master Anamorphic lens
series. Each of the seven Master Anamorphic focal lengths has its own specific flare set, comprising easily replaceable front and rear glass
elements that can be used individually or in combination to provide the lens with three additional looks for enriched on-set creativity. The
front and rear glass elements that come with each flare set have a special lens coating that encourages flaring, ghosting and veiling glare.
These image effects create a visual style that is consistent across all of the flare sets and can be controlled or tweaked via the iris setting, as
well as the positioning of lighting fixtures. The front element can be used on its own, as can the rear, or they can be used in combination;
each permutation provides a distinct look without sacrificing the resolution, lack of distortion or corner-to-corner optical performance for
which the Master Anamorphics are famous. By using the new ARRI Master Anamorphic Toolkit (purchased separately but compatible with all
seven flare sets), the front and rear glass elements can be exchanged with the regular Master Anamorphic elements in a matter of minutes,
since each flare element is pre-aligned in a metal frame.

ARRI Master Prime
The ARRI Master Prime lenses realize a cinematographer’s dream: Super 35 prime lenses that are both fast and have an optical performance
surpassing that of all other primes in an extensive range of available focal lengths with virtually no image breathing. Master Primes are
compatible with digital and film cameras. They create images of high resolution and high contrast while showing minimal flares and veiling
glare. This is particularly important when shooting with digital cameras that have a high dynamic range, as excessive flare in the lens can
diminish the maximum contrast range that is transmitted to the camera. Extremely reduced internal reflections at T 1.3 guarantee superb
contrast in low light situations, seeing deeper into the shadows than any other lens before. At the same time the Master Primes offer great
performance even with high key light/high contrast scenes, since sharpness, contrast, resolution and field illumination are all optimized
throughout the complete T Stop range. All Master Primes are carefully color matched to each other and to the other lenses in the ARRI lens
portfolio. While the focus scale can be reversed to switch from meters to feet, lenses listed here under meter are preset to show the LDS info
in meters, and lenses listed under feet show LDS info in feet.
The Alura 15.5-45 and Alura 30-80 as well as the Master Primes, Master Macro 100 and LDS Ultra Primes are equipped with the Lens Data
System (LDS). These lenses continually transmit their status to any LDS equipped camera, where the information can be displayed either on
the video assist (film cameras), MON OUT or electronic viewfinder (ALEXAs) or on the Lens Data Display for Focus Puller (LDD-FP) for faster
and smoother working on the set. The ALEXA family of cameras records the LDS information into metadata for more efficient VFX or 3D post
production.
ARRI/ZEISS primes are manufactured to such close tolerances, that even without any special matching they are great for 3D shoots. Lenses
that have the same letter code on the focus ring exhibit an even closer match.

Like the Master Primes, the ARRI Ultra 16 lenses combine high speed with outstanding optical performance. With a widest stop of T1.3 they
allow shooting in low or available light, so are easy on the lighting budget, create more natural looking images and provide the cinematic look
including, where necessary, a shallow depth of field. They also allow focusing at very short distances (20 cm/8" for the 6 mm, 30 cm/12" for
the 8 through 35 mm and 40 cm/16" for the 50 mm) and retain their high performance even at close focus. Equaled by no other Super 16
lens in optical performance, they join the other ARRI lenses in elevating the Super 16 image to its highest possible quality.
All nine Ultra 16 lenses (6, 8, 9.5, 12, 14, 18, 25, 35 & 50 mm) cover the full Super 16 format and are fully compatible with the optical quality,
color balance and ergonomics of the other ARRI lenses.

The new ARRI Ultra Wide Zoom UWZ 9.5-18/T2.9 is the first super wide-angle zoom lens for the professional cine market. With an unusually

General Sale and Delivery Terms and Conditions for Merchants(1)
1. General; Scope
The terms and conditions delineated herein shall be the sole terms and conditions which apply to all of ARRI‘s current and future
business transactions. Unless ARRI has approved of such in writing, any terms or conditions which conflict with, deviate from or
modify the terms and conditions delineated herein shall not be binding on ARRI irrespective of whether ARRI had prior notice of such
terms or conditions. ARRI hereby expressly objects to any such conflicting, deviating or modified terms or conditions.
2. Contract Formation
2.1 Any offers made by ARRI shall be without obligation and subject to change without notice provided that the parties have not
agreed to a lock-up period.
2.2 The customer is bound to its order for a period of four weeks after its receipt by ARRI. A contract is deemed to exist upon the
customer‘s receipt of ARRI‘s written confirmation regarding the order or the effective delivery of the applicable goods to the
customer pursuant to the terms hereof.
2.3 The scope and type of delivery for an order shall be established solely through ARRI‘s written confirmation relating to such order.
Any errors or omissions in ARRI‘s sales prospectus, pricelists, offer documents or other related documentation may be amended
without ARRI incurring any liability for damages or compensation in relation to such errors or omissions.
3. Payment, Set-Off, Withholding
3.1 The purchase price for the contract shall be that price which is specified by ARRI for such contract and shall apply ex works,
exclusive of any value-added tax; if the price is not indicated, the pricelist then in effect shall apply. If the sale has occurred through
delivery to a place other than the place of performance (at the customer‘s request), any costs incurred for packaging, shipping,
freight, customs or other related costs will be charged separately. If the customer fails to accept delivery when tendered by ARRI, it
must nevertheless make payment.
3.2 In the event that the manufacturing costs for the contracted goods (including, but not limited to, wages, salaries, materials or
production costs) rise subsequent to formation of the contract, ARRI shall have the right to increase the purchase price in accordance
therewith.
3.3 Invoices from ARRI are due upon ARRI making the goods available to the customer and are payable without deductions within 10
days of the issuance thereof. Upon a default in payment, any overdue amounts will accrue interest at a rate of 8% above the basic
interest rate. ARRI reserves its right to assert any further claims regarding damages resulting from a default.
3.4 The customer can offset its payments only if its counterclaim thereto have been judicially sustained or recognized by a declaratory
judgment. A right to withholding shall only apply to counterclaims arising specifically from the contract which is the subject of such
withholding.
4. Delivery
4.1 The dates for delivery and/or the making available of the goods are not binding unless a date for such has been agreed to in
writing by ARRI.
4.2 ARRI is entitled to carry out advance and/or partial deliveries of the goods.
4.3 In the event that ARRI is unable to deliver or make the goods available to the customer due to events of force majeure lasting for a
period of three months or more, ARRI‘s obligation to deliver or make the goods available shall be deemed extinguished in its entirety.
4.4 ARRI shall be entitled to postpone delivery or availability of the goods for the entire duration of the force majeure events.
4.5 Events of force majeure shall be deemed to be any events which are beyond ARRI‘s control and which make delivery impossible or
unreason-ably difficult, including, for example, strikes, lawful lockouts, war, import or export prohibitions, scarcity of energy supplies
or raw materials, or the delayed delivery to ARRI of goods required for the performance of its obligations hereunder for reasons
beyond ARRI‘s control. If ARRI is released from its obligations as described in Section 4.3 above, the customer shall be entitled to
rescind the applicable contract. Compensation for damages for non-performance can be claimed by the customer only if the default in
delivery is due to ARRI‘s gross negligence or is intentionally caused by ARRI.
5. Transfer of Risk
5.1 The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer as soon as ARRI has dispatched the goods from its premises (i.e., plant,
factory or warehouse) or upon the surrendering of the goods to the applicable carrier or to the customer itself, as the case may be.
The above shall also apply in the event that ARRI serves as the carrier for the goods.5.2 If the forwarding or collection of the goods is
delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer, the risk of loss shall be transferred to the customer upon the readiness of the

goods for dispatch.
6. Defective Goods
6.1 The customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon its receipt of such. The customer must notify ARRI in writing of
any apparent defects within one week of the goods‘ receipt. ARRI must be notified of hidden defects in writing within two weeks of
their emergence but in no event later than one year after delivery of such goods. In the event that the customer fails to meet the
aforementioned notification obligations, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted and the rights set forth in Sections 6.2 and
6.3 below shall not be in effect.
6.2 In the event that the customer has notified ARRI of defects in a timely manner and is thus eligible to make a claim for reperformance, ARRI shall have the right, at its own cost, either to remedy the defect or to redeliver conforming goods.
6.3 If ARRI twice fails to remedy a defect or if ARRI is otherwise unable to accomplish ist re-performance obligation or fails to do so
within a time period reasonably set forth by the customer, the customer shall be entitled to reduce the purchase price under the
contract or to cancel the contract. Instead of seeking performance, the customer can make a claim for damages or for compensation
for expenses. However, if the customer elects to rescind the contract it shall have no right to make any claim for damages with
respect to the defective goods.
6.4 Provided that ARRI has not acted fraudulently, any claims of the customer regarding the goods shall become void and
unenforceable one year after delivery of the applicable goods.
6.5 The prescription period of one year in Section 6.4 above shall be replaced by a prescription period of two years for goods from the
product range „Light“ of ARRI that are distributed under the brand „ARRI“.
7. Liability
7.1 ARRI shall be liable for any damage hereunder caused by it intentionally or caused by ist gross negligence.
7.2 In the event of simple negligence by ARRI, ARRI shall be liable only for ordinary and foreseeable damage arising from the contract,
and only to the extent that ARRI has breached material contractual obligations. Further, in the event of simple negligence by ARRI,
ARRI shall be liable for personal injury and/or healthrelated damage attributable to ARRI.
7.3 ARRI shall not be liable for consequential damages and unforeseen damages (including consequential damages resulting from
defective goods) as well as loss of profits in the event it has acted with simple negligence.
7.4 ARRI shall be subject to no liability beyond that which is delineated in this Section 7.
7.5 To the extent that ARRI‘s liability is excluded or limited, such exclusion or limitation shall apply to any persons or entities
employed by ARRI in the performance of ist contractual obligations.
7.6 The limitations of liability delineated herein shall not apply to any legally prescribed strict liability, in particular any such strict
liability arising from laws regarding guarantees or product warranties.
8. Retention of Title
8.1 Ownership of the delivered goods shall remain with ARRI until it has received full payment for such goods. Title to the goods shall
first pass to the customer upon ARRI‘s receipt of all payments which are due under the current applicable contract.
8.2 Prior to obtaining title to the goods, the customer is not entitled to pledge, to assign by way of security, to process or to alter the
goods. The customer is, however, authorized to sell the goods to third parties in the ordinary course of business unless a nonassignability agreement regarding the consideration exists between the customer and the third party. If a third party acquires an
interest in the goods through a resale to such party, the customer agrees to assign to ARRI all of ist correlating rights and claims
against such third party. ARRI hereby accepts such assignment.
8.3 Any combination, amalgamation and/or processing of the goods (sections 947, 948 and 950 BGB [German Civil Code]) shall be
deemed to have been made on behalf of ARRI. ARRI shall acquire title to the resulting product in the ratio of the invoiced value of the
goods and services provided by ARRI to the total invoiced value of the resulting product. If the goods have been re-sold to a third
party, the assignment of rights and claims performed in accordance with Section 8.2 above shall be valid solely up to the amount of
the invoiced value of goods and services provided by ARRI.
8.4 Upon a default in payment by the customer, ARRI has the right to disclose to any applicable third party that it holds an interest in
the goods pursuant to the assignment delineated above and to assert any of ist claims directly. The customer is obligated to provide
and deliver to ARRI all documentation required for the assertion of such claims. The customer must also make available to ARRI,
completely and in a timely fashion, all information about any events that might affect the obligations described above.

9. Jurisdiction; Governing Law
9.1 The parties hereto agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any transaction and/or contract between the parties is Munich,
Germany.
9.2 The relationship of the parties hereto shall be exclusively governed by and in all respects construed in accordance with the laws of
the Federal Republic of Germany with no application whatsoever of the United Nations sales law.

1. Allgemeines - Geltungsbereich
Diese Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für die gesamte gegenwärtige und künftige Geschäftsbeziehung ausschließlich.
Entgegenstehende oder abweichende Geschäftsbedingungen oder vertragsändernde Bestimmungen sind selbst bei Kenntnis
unverbindlich, wenn ARRI ihrer Geltung nicht schriftlich zustimmt. Ihnen wird hiermit ausdrücklich widersprochen.
2. Vertragsschluss
2.1 Die Angebote von ARRI sind freibleibend und unverbindlich, sofern keine Bindungsdauer vereinbart wurde.
2.2 Der Kunde ist an seinen Auftrag vier Wochen nach Zugang bei ARRI gebunden. Ein Vertrag kommt mit Zugang der schriftlichen
Bestätigung von ARRI oder Anlieferung beim Kunden zustande.
2.3 Art und Umfang der Lieferung bestimmt sich ausschließlich nach der Auftragsbestätigung durch ARRI. Etwaige irrtumsbedingte
Fehler in Verkaufsprospekten, Preislisten, Angebotsunterlagen oder sonstigen Dokumentationen von ARRI dürfen berichtigt werden,
ohne dass eine Schadensersatzpflicht entsteht.
3. Zahlung, Aufrechnung, Zurückbehaltungsrecht
3.1 Der Kaufpreis ist der von ARRI genannte Preis, und gilt ab Werk, exklusive MwSt., soweit nicht genannt gilt die gültige Preisliste.
Beim Versendungskauf werden Verpackungs-, Verladungs-, Frachtkosten, Zollkosten oder sonstige Kosten gesondert berechnet.
Befindet sich der Kunde am Fälligkeitstag im Annahmeverzug, muss er dennoch den Kaufpreis zahlen.
3.2 Steigen nach Vertragsschluss die Kostenfaktoren für die Herstellung des Vertragsgegenstandes,
insbesondere aber nicht abschließend Löhne, Gehälter, Material- oder Produktionskosten ist ARRI berechtigt, die Preise entsprechend
zu erhöhen.
3.3 Rechnungen von ARRI sind nach Bereitstellung der Ware ohne Abzug fällig und innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Ausstellung zahlbar.
Bei Verzug ist die Geldschuld mit 8% über dem Basiszinssatz zu verzinsen. Die Geltendmachung weitergehender Verzugsschäden ist
vorbehalten.
3.4 Der Kunde kann nur mit rechtskräftig festgestellten oder anerkannten Gegenansprüchen aufrechnen. Ein Zurückbehaltungsrecht
des Kunden besteht nur bei Gegenansprüchen aus demselben Vertragsverhältnis.
4. Lieferung
4.1 Die Liefer- bzw. Bereitstellungszeiten sind unverbindlich, sofern nicht schriftlich ein Fixtermin vereinbart wurde.
4.2 ARRI ist zu Vorab- und Teillieferungen berechtigt.
4.3 Wird ARRI die Lieferung bzw. Bereitstellung infolge höherer Gewalt, mindestens für einen Zeitraum von 3 Monaten unmöglich,
entfällt die Lieferpflicht.
4.4 ARRI ist berechtigt, die Lieferung bzw. Bereitstellung um die Dauer der Behinderung hinauszuschieben.
4.5 Unter den Begriff der höheren Gewalt fallen alle Umstände, welche ARRI nicht zu vertreten hat und durch die die Lieferung
unmöglich oder unzumutbar erschwert wird, wie z.B. Streik, rechtmäßige Aussperrung, Krieg, Ein- und Ausfuhrverbote, Energie- und
Rohstoffmangel und von ARRI nicht zu vertretende, nicht rechtzeitige Selbstlieferung. Wird ARRI von seiner Lieferpflicht frei, kann der
Kunde vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Schadensersatz wegen Nichterfüllung darf der Kunde nur geltend machen, wenn der Lieferverzug
auf grobem Verschulden oder auf Vorsatz von ARRI beruht.
5. Gefahrübergang
5.1 Die Gefahr geht auf den Kunden über, sobald der Vertragsgegenstand ab Werk abgesendet bzw. an die den Transport
ausführende Person oder den Kunden übergeben wird. Dies gilt auch beim Transport durch ARRI.
5.2 Verzögert sich der Versand bzw. die Abholung infolge von Umständen, die der Kunde zu vertreten hat, so geht die Gefahr mit der
Versandbereitschaft auf ihn über.
6. Rechte des Kunden bei Mängeln
6.1 Der Kunde hat die Sache unverzüglich zu untersuchen. Offensichtliche Mängel sind binnen einer Woche nach Zugang der Ware
schriftlich anzuzeigen, verdeckte Mängel binnen 2 Wochen nach deren Auftreten, spätestens innerhalb eines Jahres. Versäumt der
Kunde diese Ausschlussfristen gilt die Ware als genehmigt. Rechte aus Ziffer 6.2 und 6.3 bestehen nicht.

6.2 Steht dem Kunden aufgrund eines rechtzeitig angezeigten Mangels ein Nacherfüllungsanspruch zu, kann ARRI den Mangel
unentgeltlich beseitigen oder eine mangelfreie Sache liefern.
6.3 Schlägt eine Nachbesserung durch ARRI zweimal fehl, erbringt ARRI die Nacherfüllung nicht oder nicht innerhalb der vom Kunden
gesetzten angemessenen Nachfrist, kann der Kunde mindern oder vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Der Kunde kann statt der Leistung
Aufwendungs- oder Schadensersatz verlangen. Wählt der Kunde den Rücktritt vom Vertrag, steht ihm daneben kein Schadensersatz
wegen des Mangels zu.
6.4 Die Ansprüche des Kunden verjähren 1 Jahr nach Übergabe der Ware sofern ARRI nicht arglistig handelt.
6.5 An die Stelle der Verjährungsfrist von 1 Jahr in Ziffer 6.4 tritt eine Verjährungsfrist von 2 Jahren, sofern es sich um Waren aus dem
Produktbereich „Licht“ von ARRI handelt, die unter der Bezeichnung „ARRI“ vertrieben werden.
7. Haftung
7.1 ARRI haftet für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit.
7.2 Für einfache Fahrlässigkeit haftet ARRI nur bei vertragstypischen und vorhersehbaren Schäden, sofern wesentliche
Vertragspflichten (Kardinalpflichten) verletzt werden, sowie bei zurechenbaren Körper- und Gesundheitsschäden.
7.3 Eine Haftung für mittelbare und unvorhersehbare Schäden sowie Mangelfolgeschäden und entgangenem Gewinn ist bei einfacher
Fahrlässigkeit ausgeschlossen.
7.4 Eine weitergehende Haftung von ARRI als in diesen Geschäftsbedingungen vorgesehen ist ausgeschlossen.
7.5 Soweit die Haftung von ARRI ausgeschlossen oder beschränkt ist, gilt dies auch für die persönliche Haftung von Erfüllungsgehilfen.
7.6 Diese Haftungsbeschränkungen gelten nicht für eine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene verschuldensunabhängige Haftung, insbesondere
aus Garantie oder Produkthaftungsgesetz.
8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
8.1 Die gelieferten Waren bleiben bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum von ARRI. Das Eigentum geht erst mit Ausgleich
sämtlicher Verbindlichkeiten aus der laufenden Geschäftsbeziehung auf den Kunden über.
8.2 Der Kunde ist nicht berechtigt, die Vorbehaltsware zu verpfänden, zur Sicherung zu übereignen, zu verarbeiten oder
umzugestalten. Er ist berechtigt, die Ware im ordentlichen Geschäftsgang an Dritte zu veräußern, es sei denn, es besteht für die
Gegenleistung ein Abtretungsverbot zwischen dem Kunden und dem Dritten. Erwirbt ein Dritter Rechte an dem Sicherungsgut, so tritt
der Kunde schon jetzt sämtliche hierdurch entstehenden Rechte an ARRI ab, die durch die Weiterveräußerung gegen den Dritten
erwachsen. ARRI nimmt die Abtretung an.
8.3 Eine Verbindung, Vermischung oder Verarbeitung des Vertragsgegenstandes (§§ 947, 948 und 950 BGB) gilt als im Auftrag von
ARRI erfolgt. ARRI erwirbt das Eigentum an der hergestellten Sache im Verhältnis des Rechnungswertes der eigenen Leistung zum
Gesamtrechnungswert der hergestellten Sache. Im Falle der Weiterveräußerung gilt die Abtretung der Forderung aus dem
Weiterverkauf entsprechend Ziffer 8.2 nur bis zur Höhe des Rechnungswertes der von ARRI erbrachten Leistung.
8.4 Bei Verzug des Kunden kann ARRI Sicherungsrechte offen legen und alle Rechte selbst geltend machen. Der Kunde muss ARRI alle
Unterlagen zur Geltendmachung aushändigen sowie umfassend und rechtzeitig von jedem obige Verpflichtungen betreffenden
Vorgang Auskunft erteilen.
9. Gerichtsstand, Anwendbares Recht
9.1 Beide Parteien erklären sich mit der ausschließlichen Zuständigkeit des Gerichtsstands München einverstanden.
9.2 Es gilt ausschließlich das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechtes.
