Seit nahezu 2 Jahrzehnten bauen wir hier bei WALZ HARDCORE
CYCLES Motorräder. Hierbei haben wir stets größten Wert darauf gelegt besonders gute Bikes zu bauen, anstatt besonders
viele. Und diese Tatsache bringt unseren Anspruch genau auf
den Punkt: Wir fertigen exklusive High-End Motorräder!
So wie beispielsweise die neue RAMPAGE. Ein typisches
WALZ–Bike. Gebaut mit viel Herzblut und Hingabe und mit
viel Liebe zum Detail wie es in der Branche beispiellos ist.
Für die Herstellung dieses Bikes haben wir ausschließlich Teile und Komponenten aus eigener Fertigung verwendet. Und
dabei haben wir wie bei allen unseren Bikes penibel darauf
geachtet, dass die Fahrbarkeit im Vordergrund steht, denn unfahrbare Show-Bikes sollen ruhig die Anderen bauen.
Auf den nun folgenden Seiten haben wir eine Auswahl neu
entwickelter Teile zusammengestellt, wie sie auch an der
RAMPAGE Verwendung finden. Diese exklusive „RAMPAGE
Signature Parts Series“ ist ab sofort ganz offiziell bei uns erhältlich.

after all, we can let the other guys build undriveable show-bikes.

schon zum größten Teil alle aufwendigen, arbeitsintensiven und fachspezifischen Arbeiten bereits von uns erledigt sind.
Our RAMPAGE Chassis Kit is a 100% high-end, top-class chassis kit and the majority of the elaborate,
intensive, highly specialized work has already been done by us.
Jedes einzelne Chassis-Kit wird ausschließlich auf Bestellung in aufwendiger Handarbeit angefertigt. Alle Komponenten
sind hierbei exakt einzeln aufeinander abgestimmt, angepasst und ausgerichtet. Sämtliche Metallarbeiten/Schweißarbeiten sind bereits fix & fertig verschliffen und verzinnt und somit bereit für den Lackierer.

In Zusammenarbeit mit Marzocchi haben wir eine Gabel speziell für schwere
Custombikes bis 300 kg konstruiert und ein auf solche Motorräder speziell zugeschnittenes und abgestimmtes Setup entwickelt. Ergebnis ist die RAMPAGEGabel.
Diese komplett schwarz eloxierte Gabel ist ohne Zweifel das Non-Plus-Ultra,
wenn es um hochfeste und hochfunktionelle Gabeln für Custombikes geht. Die
massiven kohlenstoffbeschichteten 50mm-Standrohre sorgen für eine unerreichte Steifigkeit und ein exzellentes Ansprechverhalten. Im Verbund mit zahlreichen Einstellmöglichkeiten wie beispielsweise Zug-und Druckstufe, erlaubt
die RAMPAGE-Gabel eine exakte Abstimmung auf das jeweilige Fahrzeug. Die
Gabelfüße sind bereits mit Aufnahmen für radiale Bremszangen (108mm) ausgestattet. Adapter oder zusätzliche Halter werden hierdurch überflüssig.
Die ultraleichten Gabelbrücken verfügen über eine 2-fach bzw. 3-fach Klemmung im Tauchrohrbereich und eine optionale Lenkerhalterung (Riser) zur Montage aller herkömmlichen 1 Zoll Lenker.
Ebenfalls optional bieten wir für diese Gabel auch einen mehrfach verstellbaren
„Stummellenker“, einen Lampenhaltern und ein Carbon-Frontfender an.
In collaboration with Marzocchi, we have constructed a fork especially intended
for heavy custom bikes up to 300 kg and developed a setup specifically tailored
and designed for these motorcycles. The result is the RAMPAGE fork.
This completely black anodized fork is without a doubt the non-plus-ultra when
it comes to high strength, highly functional forks for custom bikes. The massive carbon coated 50mm standpipes provide a previously unattainable stiffness
and excellent response characteristics. In conjunction with numerous configurations such as tension and compression levels, the RAMPAGE fork can be exactly
customized for the respective vehicle. The fork feet area already equipped with
sockets for radial brake calipers (108mm). No adapters or additional brackets
are needed.
The ultra-light triple-trees have a double- and a triple clamp in the immersion
tube area and an option handlebar mount (riser) for the installation of all standard 1 inch handlebars.

Direkt aus dem Rennsport kommen diese hochexklusiven speziell von Brembo für uns angefertigten
superleichten Monoblock Radial-Bremssättel. Die aus
einem vollen Block geschmiedeten und CNC-gefrästen
4-Kolben Bremssättel verfügen über doppelte Kolbendichtungen und verstärkte Belag-Rückhaltefedern. Jeder Bremssattel ist mit 2 Racing-Sintermetall Bremsbelägen ausgerüstet.
Our superlight monoblock radial brake calipers come
directly from the professional racing circuit, highexclusively manufactured for us from the industry
leader Brembo. Machined and CNC milled from a solid
block, these 4-piston brake calipers have double piston caps and reinforced pad retention springs. Each
brake caliper is equipped with a racing sintered metal
brake pads.
Durch die genormte 108mm Aufnahme sind die Bremssättel direkt passend für unsere RAMPAGE Gabel, sowie für alle Gabeln mit einer entsprechend genormten
Bremssattelaufnahme. Lieferbar für links und rechts.
The standard 108mm mounts makes these brake calipers ideal for our RAMPAGE fork, as well as all other
forks with the same standard brake caliper mounts.

The brake calipers have a flat black thermal coating
and feature a milled HARDCORE etching. The delivery
includes all installation material.
Es gibt derzeit auf dem gesamten Markt keine leistungsstärkere 4-Kolben Bremsanlage! Die gleichen
Bremssättel werden auch in der MotoGP eingesetzt.
There is currently no better performing 4-piston brake system on the market! The same brake caliper is
also used in the MotoGP.

Bei der Entwicklung unserer RAMPAGE-Fußrastenanlage haben wir uns eng an den Motorsport angelehnt
und haben hierbei in Bezug auf Form & Design auch
einige markante Elemente unserer RAMPAGE-Räder
mit einfließen lassen. Resultat ist eine filigrane,
superleichte und gleichzeitig auch extrem robuste
Fußrastenanlage, gefertigt aus dem besten Aluminium mit hochfesten und langlebigen Gleitlagern. Alle
Schrauben und Montageteile sind aus nichtrostendem Edelstahl. Der Hauptbremszylinder ist mit einer
HARDCORE-Gravur versehen.
Bei Verwendung eines Zubehörseitenständers kann
optional zur Abdeckung der Löcher in der Grundplatte
ein spezielles Cover aus Carbon mitbestellt werden.
Jede Anlage kommt selbstverständlich mit einer passenden Schaltstange.
Die RAMPAGE-Fußrastenanlage ist lieferbar in

We stuck close to motorsports when developing our
RAMPAGE Footrest System and let some of the most
striking elements of our RAMPAGE wheels influence
the form and design. The result is a filigreed, superlight yet extremely robust footrest system, made
from the highest quality aluminum with strong, longlasting slide bearings. All screws and installation parts
are made from rust-resistant stainless steel. The main
brake cylinder has a HARDCORE engraving.

To all exact installations, the upper threaded sleeve is
only loosely attached. This has the benefit of allowing
the engine mount to be oriented precisely to the engine and frame before the threaded sleeve is welded
to the engine mount. This makes this engine mount
suitable for all Harley frames as well as all Evo and
Twin Cam engines.

2.5“ Antrieb verfügt über eine leistungsstarke und

für Bikes mit Breitreifenumbauten. Durch das geringe

Zur passgenauen Montage wird die obere Gewindebüchse nur lose beigelegt. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass
der Motorhalter exakt mit dem Motor und dem Rahmen
ausgerichtet werden kann, bevor die Gewindebüchse mit
dem Motorhalter verschweißt werden muss.

Our HARDCORE belt drive kit is now a component
successfully used in countless WALZ bikes. This extremely lightweight 2.5” drive has a reinforced highperformance clutch and is especially suited for bikes
with wide tire conversions. The low weight of the
belt drive allows the bikes, which are often heavy on
the left side, to recover enjoyable riding characteristics and palpably increase the pleasure in riding.
In order to relieve the transmission main shaft and
the crankshaft of these performance enhanced engines, the HARDCORE belt drive kit is equipped with
additional support bearings.
The belt drive kit is completely black anodized. HARDCORE has been solidly milled into the carrier of the
support bearings.

Carbon rocker boxes
Sehr viel Arbeit und Aufwand steckt in unseren CarbonVentildeckeln, die wir für alle Twin Cam Motoren anbieten. Hierbei werden die speziell vorbereiteten WHC-Ventildeckel mit echtem Carbon überzogen. Ergebnis ist eine
perfekte Verarbeitung und ein einzigartiges Finish. Das
Carbon das hier Verwendung findet, ist exakt das gleiche
Material wie es z.B. die Scuderia-Ferrari verwendet.
Unsere Carbon-Ventildeckel sind sowohl in HochglanzFinish als auch in Matt-Finish erhältlich.
Jeder Carbon-Ventildeckel trägt auf beiden Seiten einen
eingelassen silbernen „WALZ-RACING“ Schriftzug und
kommt mit einem kompletten Montagesatz und speziellen
Dichtungen aus dem Rennsport.
Alternativ bieten wir diesen Ventildeckelsatz auch in einer etwas günstigeren Mattschwarz-Thermobeschichtung
an! Ebenfalls mit silbernen „WALZ-RACING“ Logos auf
beiden Seiten.
A great deal of work and effort has gone into our
carbon valve covers, which we offer for all Twin Cam
engines. We create these by covering our specially
prepared WHC valve covers with real carbon fiber.
The result is a perfect treatment with a one-of-a-kind
finish. The carbon fiber used here is exactly the same
material used by Scuderia Ferrari.
Our carbon valve covers are available in a high gloss
or a flat finish.
Every carbon valve cover features an embedded silver “WALZ-RACING” on both sides and comes with a
complete installation kit and special racing seals.
