The MHH series of hot stamping machines are characterized by
their ability to apply single holograms with ultra-high accuracy.
The high performance MHH machines are being used by public
and private sector security printing companies around the world,
and are renowned for their reliability, performance and precision.
Die MHH-Serie ist in modularer Bauweise konstruiert und lässt sich
flexibel an individuelle Anforderungen anpassen. Die Basis­modelle
besitzen einen Prägekopf und prägen im Einzelnutzen, wobei ein
zweiter Prägekopf optional die Verarbeitung im Doppelnutzen gestattet. Die Anlagen sind um eine Prägestation erweiterbar, sodass
in vier Nutzen geprägt werden kann. Der Prägekopf lässt sich per
Schnellverstellung quer zum Papier verschieben und in Sekunden
positionieren. Das aufwändige Umsetzen des Prägewerkzeugs und
das Nachführen der Folienbahn entfallen. Die Einrichtzeit verkürzt
sich deutlich.
The MHH series features a modular design that enables the machines to be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. While the
base models come with a single stamping head for processing
one foil track, it is also possible to process two foil tracks in parallel through the addition of an optional second stamping head. The
machines can also be extended with a further stamping station,
thereby allowing the simultaneous processing of four tracks. A
quick adjustment feature enables the stamping head to be moved
perpendicular to the feed direction and positioned within seconds.
This eliminates the need for time-consuming resetting of the head
and feeding in of foil web, thereby resulting in significantly shorter
setup times.
Ein mehrstufiges Bremssystem im Ablauf der Hologrammbahn
sowie eine präzise Führung ermöglichen den exakten Hologrammvorzug. Die Folienpositionierung erfolgt elektronisch, eine manuelle
Verstellung der Fotozellen entfällt. Eine Feineinstellung erleichtert
das Ausrichten der Prägewerkzeuge.

Hot stamping machines for vertical stamping
of single holograms
Bei Bedarf können die Prägemaschinen auch mit weiteren Stationen wie Drucksystemen zum Nummerieren, Codieren und Personalisieren nachgerüstet werden.
A multi-step braking system and precise guidance of the hologram
track ensure accurate advance of the holograms. Since foil positioning is performed electronically, no manual adjustment of the
photo cells is necessary. A fine adjustment feature simplifies the
task of aligning the stamping heads.
Where necessary, the stamping machines can also be retrofitted
with additional modules, for example printing systems for serial
numbering, coding or personalization.

The MHH-1 is a vertical stamping machine for the security sector that can apply single holograms to continuous forms with the
highest possible registration accuracy. Key applications for this
machine include checks, tickets and vouchers.
Die MHH-1/SHF wurde konzipiert für die hochpräzise Hologrammapplikation auf Einzelblatt wie z. B. Tickets, Eintrittkarten und
Fahrscheine oder Sicherheitsdokumente wie Visa oder Schecks.
The MHH-1/SHF was designed for the high-precision application
of holograms onto single sheets, for example tickets, access cards
and public transport tickets, vouchers or security documents like
visa stickers or checks.
Der Papiertransport verarbeitet endlose Vordrucke bis zu einer
Breite von 19" inkl. Remalinerlochung (opt. 23") und arbeitet in
der Basis von Stapel zu Stapel. Je nach Anwendungsfall kann das
System über kontaktlose Schlaufenschalter direkt mit Rollenaufund -abwicklern betrieben werden. Hierbei sorgt das prozessorgesteurte Papiervorzugssystem in Verbindung mit zwei starken
Traktoren für einen gleichmäßigen Transport und die Führung der
Papierbahn. Die Geschwindigkeit des Papiervorzugs ist regelbar,
was eine individuelle Anpassung an die Papierqualität des Vordrucks ermöglicht.
The paper feeder processes continuous forms up to a width of
19" including perforated margin (opt. 23") and in a pack to pack
configuration. Depending on the particular application, the system
can, with the aid of a contact-free automatic start/stop function,
also be operated with a roll-to-roll feed and take up system. A
processor-controlled paper feed system in conjunction with two
powerful tractors ensures a uniform transport and guidance of the
paper track. The speed of paper advance is adjustable and can
therefore be tailored to the quality of the paper being processed.
Für diese Hubprägemaschine stehen verschiedene Anleger und
Auslagesysteme zur Verfügung. Bei kleinen bis mittleren Auflagen
wird ein Vakuumrotationsanleger eingesetzt, der Bögen im Format
bis 520 mm x 650 mm von unten abzieht. Die fertigen Papiere
werden in einen Schüttler ausgegeben. Bei großen Auflagen und
für langen autonomen Betrieb bietet sich der Einsatz von Stapelanleger und -auslage an, die mit elektrisch angetriebenem Hub- bzw.
Senktisch mit je 650 mm Magazinkapazität ausgestattet sind. Diese unterstützen mit ihrem maximalen Papierformat von 520 mm x
750 mm auch den klassischen B2-Bogen.
A variety of sheet feeders and delivery systems are available. For
small to medium sized print runs, it is possible to use a vacuum
rotary feeder, which draws off sheets in sizes up to 520 mm x
650 mm from the bottom of a stack. The finished sheets are outputted to a shaker. For large print runs or continuous, fully-automatic operation, it is possible to use a pair of stack feed and delivery units, each equipped with an electrically-driven table (raised
and lowered respectively) with a magazine capacity of 650 mm.
These support a maximum paper format of 520 mm x 750 mm,
and therefore also standard B2 sheets.
The MHH-1 can also be supplied with a motor-driven label feed
and take up unit for processing label materials.
Die MHH-1/SHF ist auf die Verarbeitung von Endlosformularen umrüstbar. Der Umbau von Einzelblatt auf Endlosvorzug ist innerhalb

The MHH-1/SHF can also be reconfigured to process continuous
forms. The conversion from single sheet to continuous feed operation can be performed in just a few minutes.
