The electrification of the automobile powertrain system is considered crucial, as the whole sector is facing difficulties resulting from the substitution of the complete conventional powertrain. At the same time performance improvements and productivity gains can be reached also in industry with new materials, efficient manufacturing processes and integrated production systems. The international Electric Drives Production Conference and Exhibition offers an outstanding platform for the exchange of experiences for researchers, product developers, production experts, purchasers and potential users. The E|DPC offers on two days more than 80 technical papers in total of eight tracks: four of them concentrate on the core topics of electric drives production technologies, materials and systems. The focus of the globally accompanying conference on Energy Transfer in Electric Vehicles (E|TEV) is set on the technology of wireless power transmission. For the first time the Energy Storage Production Conference (E|SPC) opens up new ideas and synergies at the same occasion. And last but not least the conference is hosting the well established VDMA (German Association of Machine Tool Maker) symposium e-motive. Completing the conference, a comprehensive industrial exhibition, tutorials, poster presentations, technical tours and an inspiring social program will be offered. ON-SITE ORGANIZATION The registration desk is located in the conference foyer. Opening time: th Monday, October 28 , 2013: th Tuesday, October 29 , 2013: th Wednesday, October 30 , 2013: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Phone: +49 (911) 5302 9090 PUBLICATION All papers accepted and registered will be included in conference proceedings and also published at ieeexplore.org and scopus.com. 2 Conference bags can be picked up at the registration desk. On-spot registrations for the conference, the technical tours, the evening event and the conference WiFi will be possible. On-site payments can be settled in cash (EUR) only. The on-spot speakers reception and welcome drink will th take place on Tuesday, October 29 , 2013 6:00 PM in the exhibition foyer.
