Okonomiyaki – Japanisch
Okonomiyaki is a popular Japanese street food. The savoury cabbage pancake and can be mixed with a variety of ingredients. It is
combined with green onions, dashi (fish stock), eggs, yam, and pickled ginger. What makes the Okonomiyaki extremely unique is the
toppings, a thick sweet sauce is smothered on the pancake followed by Japanese mayonnaise, then finished with dried seaweed flakes and
bonito shavings.
