Dear Madam or Sir,
Innovations make it possible to keep up with worldwide progress and to meet
the constantly increasing product requirements in terms of function, quality and
efficiency. With this in mind, it is important in rubber technology to pool the
available knowledge both about material production and processing behaviour
and about the properties of viscoelastic materials.
Only through intensive dialogue between commodity producers, processors,
users and researchers can we ensure that all the individual gearwheels mesh
together in order to fully exploit the enormous potential of rubber materials.
At the conference, current trends and innovations with organic and silicone
rubbers will be introduced, and ongoing challenges will be discussed. Raw
material manufacturers will present their latest approaches and developments
in product manufacturing. Well-reputed processors will report on the problems
and their solutions for the economical production of high-performance
elastomeric components of the highest quality. Leading users of high-performance
elastomeric components will round off the conference by presenting current
research projects and their approaches.
The aim of the IKV conference is to show how high-performance elastomeric
components can be manufactured by using innovative materials, new
compounding concepts and revolutionary processing methods. In direct
dialogue, experts will discuss approaches that accelerate their own development
processes as well as the innovative production of elastomeric components.
You are invited to take advantage of this offer to attend.
Main topics
Challenges to the rubber industry
Sustainable raw materials
Integrative process simulation
Manufacturing with special processes
New fields of applications for elastomeric materials
Target group
This conference is primarily aimed at engineers, chemists and physicists from
the rubber industry who work in the area of development, part and tool design,
simulation, production planning, process improvement and quality assurance.
