 Flavor: “Ghost Rider” Style: American Pale Ale spiced with Cherries and Smoked Ghost Peppers GENERAL ABV: 5.6 % Color: 5.8 SRM IBU’s: 42 Hops: Centennial, Citra, and Cascade Malt: US 2-­‐Row, Munich, and Carapils. Special: Smoked Ghost Peppers, Cherries. Brief Description: This is limited release Pale Ale with a bold citrusy front end, and a nice malt back-­‐bone with a touch of fruit sweetness. Then it changes, and the sweet ends with a slow and low warmth that builds steadily throughout the swallow. We condition this beer on smoked ghost peppers and cherries. Enjoy this beer with food and friends while you can. Food Pairings: This beer is warm…so we wouldn’t recommend pairing it with the hottest dishes in your recipe book, although for the brave that can be a fun game. It plays well with smoky meats, or for the more delicate, a glass of milk. Pricing: This Beer is a Limited Release. It is only available in 1/2bbls and 1/6bbls
