Unternehmen nur zu einem kleinen Teil erschlossen. Wie Sie eine solche Expansion

Reinhard Häckl, Häckl und Partner GmbH
Mr. Häckl is the founding partner of Häckl und Partner, GmbH a firm of German certified
public accountants and tax advisors (Wirtschaftsprüfer and Steuerberater) in Munich,
Germany. The firm focuses on domestic and international business and advises US
companies starting operations in Germany. Mr. Häckl is active in the Munich venture capital
community, consults with several high- technology companies, coaches the Munich Business
Plan competition and is on the board of the Munich Business Angels.
John Gosch, Ironbridge, LLP
Mr. Gosch is a co-founder of IronBridge, LLP. He focuses on tax and accounting issues of
European companies expanding to the United States. Previously he served as domestic
and overseas subsidiary controller for a Fortune 200 company, he was the CFO of
emerging technology companies and participated in the IPO of two others. Mr.Gosch
started at Ernst & Whinney, graduated from the Pennsylvania State University (MBA) and
Lehigh University (BS) and is a licensed CPA in California and Pennsylvania. He is a
member of the California and American Institute of CPAs. Mr.Gosch speaks German and
French.
E.J. Dieterle, Yes Partners
“E.J.” is a native of Germany, but has spent most of his career internationally in various
management positions which give him a unique global perspective. He brings more than 15
years of General Management experience and helps build and grow companies in Europe,
Asia and North America. His expertise covers supply chain management, logistics and
software. EJ held positions as Senior Vice President for the US-Northeast-Region and
Country-Managing Director positions (President) in Japan, Korea, and the U.K. He has been
responsible for operations of 270 staff.
Among other projects he had been instrumental for the startup and operation of projects for
Hewlett-Packard in Germany. For several years EJ lectured as panel-member at the 'Japan
Market Entry Competition' in Tokyo, a group comprised of Chambers of Commerce from
Europe, USA and Canada. EJ traveled to more than 40 countries all over the world. His native
language is German, but besides English he speaks also Spanish and French, and is able to
communicate in Japanese. He has an MBA and is an Alumni of IMD (Lausanne/ Switzerland),
has a degree from the German Chamber of Commerce and is an Alumni of the New York
World Trade Center on International Trade. EJ is a member in various organizations such as:
NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors), SVASE, is a Chair for HR (Human
Resources) with GABA (German-American Business Association), is a member of the
Churchill Club, IBDN, WAC (World Affairs Council), KASE & KIN (Korea IT Network), Japan
Society, JCCNC (Japanese Chamber of Commerce), and serves as a Director for World
Service with Rotary International. EJ is a Co-Founder and Board-Director with YES Partners
and is on the board of WCL.
Wolfram Doelker, WDE International
Wolfram Doelker is CEO of WD Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA, founded in 1998.
His consulting practice focuses on practical management aspects of taking small and
medium sized, family-owned businesses global, and in particular to the United States.
A native of Germany Mr. Doelker is a Saarbruecken graduate in Business Economics and
earned his MBA from UC University in Schenectady, New York. He started his career in
Banking and Finance with LBBW in Stuttgart, then worked for Dresdner Bank in Chicago
and a New York based Management Consulting firm. For 8 years based out of Germany
and 7 years based out of the US, he then hands-on managed the successful globalization
of a German based company from an $80 Mio business in 4 countries to a $400 Mio
business in 19 countries. He negotiated and successfully integrated over 20 acquisitions,
started business from scratch, negotiated joint ventures, developed licensing and franchise
programs and managed business units
in Europe, Asia and North America. He served and serves on a number of corporate Boards
of US subsidiaries, as Chairman of an Industry Association of Plastic Manufacturers in
Germany, the Board of German American Schools and the German American Business
Association in Southern California, and on the International Advisory Council of the Los
Angeles Economic Development Corporation.
Dirk Michels, Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP.
Mr. Michels is a partner in the San Francisco office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart
Preston Gates Ellis LLP., an international law firm comprised of about 1000
attorneys with offices in the United States and Europe. He has been
educated, has worked, and is admitted to practice law in California and
Germany. Mr. Michels' practice focuses on international corporate, finance,
and intellectual property transactions in the areas of information technology,
biotechnology, nanotechnology, and renewable energy.
Mr. Michels' native language is German. In addition, he is fluent in English
and speaks French.

William Czajkowski, Commercial Counselor, U.S. Commercial Service

Mr. William B. Czajkowski joined the Commercial Service (CS) office of the
U.S. Embassy in Berlin, Germany, as Commercial Counselor in December
2005. Among his widespread duties, he assists in the management of the
Commercial Service’s six offices throughout Germany. In addition, Mr.
Czajkowski acts as Principal Commercial Officer for the CS office in Leipzig,
and is the CS lead regarding commercial matters in the Eastern German
States.
From 2002-2005, Mr. Czajkowski was Principal Commercial Officer at the U.S.
Consulate in St. Petersburg, Russia. He was responsible for all Commercial
Service activity throughout Northwest Russia. Prior to his tour in Russia,
Mr. Czajkowski was Commercial Attaché at the U.S. Embassy, Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia. Prior to his joining the Kuala Lumpur office, Mr. Czajkowski worked
as an International Trade Specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s
U.S. Export Assistance Center in Chicago, IL, USA, where he worked with
American small- to medium-sized enterprises to expand their businesses
overseas.
From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Czajkowski worked as an International Trade Analyst
for the Department of Commerce’s Import Administration, where he worked on
anti-dumping cases in Asia and South America.
Mr. Czajkowski speaks basic German and Russian, as well as some Polish
and Malay.
Mr. Czajkowski received his B.A. from California State University, Sacramento
in 1989. He later received his M.A. from The George Washington University in
1991.
