Notes
Typically referred to as a
'Chicken Walker' or AT-ST
(All Terrain Scout
Transport).
This toy 'explodes' when a
button is pushed on the
back. Interestingly none of
the figures had legs that
would bend to allow them
to sit properly on the bike.
This was of course
remedied for the current
line of figures.
Probably one of the most
playable of the Star Wars
vehicles. You can flip its
lever and tranform it from
'parked' to 'hovering'. Also
it has wheels that are
spring loaded so that
when it rolls it looks like it
is floating.
One of the few Star Wars
playsets that actually had
'play' features. Usually
they just served as
scenery pieces.
One of the Mini-Rig series
This figure was never
produced and is a custom
piece

of the saddle and the
figure is actually standing
inside the creature.
This toy has a lever on the
back so that the mouth
can be made to open and
close. Also the body is
hollow so kids of the day
could have the monster
eat their favorite
character. Ironically the
movie showed the rancor
eat a Gamorrean Guard
and this is one of the few
figures that will not fit in
his mouth.
Made to accompany the
Jabba the Hutt figure

keeps one on his desk.

As no one knew what an
actual Jawa was supposed
to look like the plastic
figure under the cloth
cape has a cape.
This figure is very rare and
is missing his four greades
from his bandolier.
We have two pieces
depicting different scenes
These came in packs along
with a piece of gum.
Various sets were made
for each of the movies
and they included
photographs from
different scenes. Stickers
accompanied each of the
sets and these were
standard fixtures in kids
lockers at the time.
This is the British version
which 'talks' when the
button is pushed. When
you push the button on
the USA version a panel
opens in the back to
reveal two removeable
'Death Star Plans'.

'masterpiece'.
This puppet does not
allow the user to actually
do anything except put
his/her hand in his body.
Looks cool but is one of
the lamest 'toys' produced
by Kenner.

initially attached to the
top of a bottle or
container.
This is a variation on the
Magic 8-Ball theme.

This is just a picture of this
item (the actual one is
much larger). In 1977
when Star Wars was first
released no one expected
it to be the hit it was. As a
result the toys were not
ready in time for
Christmas. So Kenner put
out these certificates that
could be purchased and
given as 'gifts'. The
certificates were then
mailed in and the figures
(a 4pk with Luke,
Chewbacca, Princess Leia,
R2D2) arived in the mail
as soon as they were
available.
This figure was later
renamed Star Destroyer
Commander as 'Death
Squad' seemed a little
strong for a kid's toy.

This was acually designed
as a carrying case for the
action figures.
This set is for use with the
Micro-Collection of
figures.
This figure changed
greatly in the modern
release to allow for the
changes Lucas made to
Empire Strikes Back when
he rereleased it. Quit
tinkering George…
This Taun Taun has similar
features to the other
version. Here there is the
additional openeing in the
belly that lets you hide a
figure inside. And I
thought they smelled bad
on the outside :D
Has a trapdoor in its back
to allow a figure to appear
as if it is riding. In reality
the legs you see are part
of the saddle and the
figure is actually standing
inside the creature.
This toy is typically
missing its harpoon. Of
course this one is 100%
complete.
Probably one of the alltime toys that kids wished
for but never got because
it was so expensive.
