Active 2500W 3-Way Line Array Element
The TRx3210A line array element is
a true Tri-amp system featuring two
high-power 10-inch transducers for the
lo-end & mid-range, which provide very
high coherence and definition. The high
frequency section features two 1-inch
exit mylar diaphragm compression
drivers mounted to a Pure Path™ lens
system.
Pure Path™ Horn Lens
The Pure Path™ horn lens is CNC
machined from acoustically
non-resonant Eastern Maple hardwood,
providing a smooth, equal path length
surface for pure, natural highs. The lens
also places the horn drivers in correct
time with the 10-inch drivers for the best
phase alignment and transient response
over the full frequency spectrum. The
inherent 3 dB advantage of a line array
design allows the rear audience to hear
nearly the same levels as the front,
eliminating overpowering the front.
Active 2500W 3-Way Design
The 2500W active tri-amp module
provides 3 amplifiers. Two 1000W
amplifiers- one for each 10 inch
speaker and another 500W amplifier for
the two Pure Path™ horn HF
drivers. The internal X-Drive DSP
processing maximizes performance
output and protection using up to 48dB/
octave crossover filters, parametric EQ,
alignment delay, and limiters.

Dual 18-Inch 8000W Subwoofer
The TRx3218 is our most powerful Dual
18-inch Subwoofer system. The high
power, 18-inch Faital Pro drivers feature
a 4-inch voice coil with 9.75mm of
excursion and low temperature, high
peak power capacity. The box is designed with eight deep, large corner
located ports producing a very strong
structure and coherent sub frequency
output vertically and horizontally. This
provides the ideal low frequency
coupling in multi box clusters, both in
the horizontal and vertical positions. The
added strength and rigidity of the corner
ports puts all the force of the speaker
out the front and into the room and not
wasted on cabinet wall vibration. The
TRx3218 features foot receptacles on
top for stacking another TRx3218 and
for stacking up to 4 TRx3210 line array
elements without hardware. Ideal for
putting several TRx3210s out front on
the subs for front fill. There is also a top

Active 18-Inch 2500W Subwoofer
The TRx3118A combines our most
powerful single 18-inch flyable
Subwoofer with a 2500W active module with an additional amplifier output
for running a top main cabinet. The
high power, 18-inch Faital Pro™ woofer
features a 4-inch voice coil with 9.75mm
of linear excursion and low temperature, high peak power capacity. The TRx
2500W Active module features X-DRIVE
DSP processing with up to 48dB/octave crossover filters, parametric EQ
and limiting. The box is designed to be
flown with TRx3210s underneath or
flown independently. The extra amplifier
output can power 2 passive TRx3210s
with DSP pre set pre-programmed. It can
be ground stacked using the SureFly™
rigging to curve-array up to four TRx3210As. Three top pole mounts feature
a 16.5-inch spaced dual pole system for
suspending two TRx3210 speakers and
a single centred pole mount for
suspending a TRx2115 or TRx3903s.
Several cabinet set-ups are programmed
into pre sets for simple select and play.
Active 2500W system
The 2500W active X-Drive DSP processed module provides 1500W of
bridged amplifier power for the internal
18-inch subwoofer and an additional
1000W amplifier output for external cabinets. The internal X-Drive DSP processing maximizes performance output and
protection using up to 48dB/octave
crossover filters, parametric EQ,
alignment delay and limiters. Turn on
the enhanced bass and the ultra low end
will come alive, lowering the cabinet’s
frequency response another 15Hz and
boosting the 35-50Hz response. The
DSP will control the output to keep this
added response inside the limits of the
speaker.
Rig, Connect, Select and Play
The TRx3118A’s SureFly™ rigging
connects to more TRx3118A’s or TRx3210As
in both flying and ground stacking systems.
The internal X-Drive DSP amplifier module is
equipped with Neutrik™ locking Power Con™
AC connectors for maximum energy transfer
and a secure connection. Select the pre set
for your line array, column array, or conventional top main setup. Pre set programs
have been optimized for flying and ground
stacking TRx3118As powering passive
TRx3210s and TRx3903s or with active
TRx3210As. Not using it in a line array or

The TRx3118A’s four deep, large corner
ports produce a very strong structure

The added strength and rigidity of the

instead of wasting power by vibrating
the cabinet walls. The enclosure is
constructed of CNC machined premium
Russian Baltic Birch with a steel powder
coated front grill. The optional DB3118
lid/dolly board locks on the front of the
cabinet for easy transport and protection. The DB3118 features four 4- inch
wheels. As the cabinets are rolled to
their flying position, you can tip them
backward and connect the rigging. As
the rig is being lifted, the DB3118 can be
unhooked and put away.

Column Line Array Element
The Carvin TRx3903 with CDD™
(CONSTANT DELIVERY DISPERSION™)
technology is a true ultra-compact line
array. Each column has nine 3-inch
drivers housed in a slim 5inch wide,
31.5-inch tall, 21 lb. enclosure. With the
TRx3903, you no longer have large
enclosures to transport or obstruct the
stage. The TRx3903 has a 120 degree
horizontal and a narrow 10 degree vertical dispersion for full coverage using one
column stack per side. This
reduces floor and ceiling reflections and
has more horizontal coverage than two
conventional cabinets. The TRx3903 has
top and bottom integral pole mounts for
a quick, easy and visually unobtrusive
setup. Two TRx3903s stacked on a
compact TRx3010A or TRX3018A
subwoofer covers an audience that is
both standing and seated. Carvin’s CDD™
technology boasts a full bandwidth of
160Hz to 18kHz of smooth linear phase
response with uniform projection from
the front to the back of the venue. As you
get very close to the array, the level is
clean and friendly while still being loud in
the back of the room. The CDD™
technology eliminates the excessive
“front row blare” and feedback compared
to conventional systems for full audio
spectrum response that is found in
demanding live performances and dance
music playback.

TRx3018A /TRx3010A
Active 2,500 Watt Powered Subwoofers
The TRx3010A and TRx3018A are active
2500W X-Drive™ DSP processed
subwoofer systems with an additional
amplifier output to power external
cabinets. The TRx3010A uses dual
long-excursion TSUB10 woofers with
2.5-inch voice coils. The TRx3018A
uses a cast frame TS18B woofer with
a 23mm, inside/outside wound, 4-inch
voice coil. Optimized pre sets for several
Carvin cabinets are factory programmed
for simple connect, select and play.

TRx3018A
Connect, Select and Play
The external amplifier output is ideal for
powering two TRx3903s for a full range
TRC-A system or up to two TRx2115s,
TRx3210s, TRx12Ns, SCx1115s or any top
main cabinets down to 4 ohms. The
internal X-Drive™ DSP has been setup to
maximize performance output of the pre set
Carvin cabinets. Don’t have a Carvin main or
not finding your cabinet? Simply go to the
“Variable X-Over” pre set, select the crossover frequency and you are ready to go. Don’t
need to power a top cabinet? Go to the “Sub
only” pre set, select the crossover frequency
for the sub and you are ready to go.
Cornerstone of the TRC-A Column
System
The TRC-A (active) column systems are
compact powerful live sound systems, with
the TRx3010A or TRx3018A as the
cornerstone for system amplification and
DSP processing. The TRx3903 columns
complete the system’s mid to high
frequency coverage to produce wide
and clear sound reinforcement. Each
TRx3010A or TRx3018A can drive
two TRx3903 column elements. The internal
X-Drive™ DSP processor maximizes
performance output, so all you need to do is

select the TRx3903 pre set, plug in the
speakers and play. These
systems are small enough to fit in a
mid size hatchback, but large enough to
fill a large banquet hall with a full band.
Flexible and Fast System Setup
The TRx3010A and TRx3018A feature
foot receptacles on top for stacking
another TRx3010A (or) TRx3018A, and
allow stacking up to 4 TRx3210 line
array elements without hardware. The
TRx3010A can be used flat, or on its side
for a smaller footprint. The top or side
TRx3010A pole mounts and center
TRx3018A pole mount can suspend
two stacked TRx3903s or any standard
1 3/8” pole mount equipped cabinet. Two
additional pole mounts on the TRx3018A
match the 16-inch spaced dual pole
system and allow mounting two
speakers side by side for wider coverage.

HOW DOES CDD™ (Constant Delivery Dispersion) speaker array technology work? When
the listener is close, sound is heard from only one or two speakers lowering the volume heard.
As the distance from the speakers increases, the sound is heard from all speakers working
together. The arrangement of the speakers directs the soundwaves to travel in a tighter pattern,
which increases their output by a factor of two times compared to a conventional single speaker
source. For increased distance coverage, an S648 extension cabinet can be stacked on top of
the S600B.

The V3’s 100% tube signal path delivers
pure tone from warm to shimmering
to infinite sustain and crunch. Three
channels offer expanded tone circuits
and overdrives for everything from Blues
to Metal. Channels 1 and 2 are identical
overdrive channels. However, since each
offers 3 different Drive settings and EQX
Expanded Tone Circuits, you’ll be able to
dial in numerous variations on each
channel. Channel assignable reverb adds
a new dimension to your sound. The 3rd
channel is the clean channel, but with its
own Drive control and 3 position switch,

“SMART” LOOPS + “SMART” REVERB
The V3 features two switching effect loops,
one series and one parallel. We called
them “Smart” loops because they recall
their settings when you switch between
channels 1-3. For example, you can set
both loops ON for channel 1, Loop 2 for
Channel 2, and Loop 1 for channel 3, or any
combination. The TAIL switch activates the
long tailed loop feature, switching off only
the “send” and leaving reverb and delay to
decay naturally the way it’s done in the
recording studio. The built-in Reverb will
also switch for each channel in the same
way.
GIVE YOURSELF A BOOST!
A switch able volume boost is available
by foot switch or MIDI. Set the amount of
boost with the BOOST control. When turned
on, it will boost your amp’s output by up to
9dB for solos or any time you need to stand
out in the mix.
MIDI MEMORY
Set the Channel (1-3), Loops 1&2 (on/off),
Reverb (on/off) and Boost
(on/off). Put the V3 in “learn” mode and it
will assign your settings to the MIDI patch
number you choose from your controller.

Dual Effects Plus Effect Loop
The on board dual DSP offer lush effects for

and chorus. Each channel has its own
two-way level control allowing you to select effect 1 or 2. The master effect 1 & 2
controls select the effect type, adjust time,
decay, regeneration and speed settings. The
FS22 foot switch jack allows you to switch
either effect on and off remotely. The effect
loop jacks provide a global access point for
your external effects
Direct Output & Tuner / Phones Jack
For bigger stages sound man will love the
DIRECT OUT with LEVEL control and XLR
balanced output for connecting directly to
the house PA or recording interface without
having to mic the amp. The DIRECT OUT
includes the EQs and EFFECTS LOOP and
bypasses the MASTER LEVEL, enabling amp
level changes on stage without affecting the
XLR output. The TUNER/PHONES jack
enables instrument tuning or personal
monitoring with headphones.

The B1000’s all black, recessed front
control panel is set off by classic
chrome brass knobs that gives a solid

The high output B1000 produces 325w
