The biggest constraint on even greater sales growth continues to be the lack of inventory as available properties fell yet again, this time by 8.3% compared to 2014. With spring around the corner, continued low interest rates, strong demand, strong rental rates and scarcity of supply, now is an excellent time to market your property.
