The idea is to document, transfer, test and take in use the co-operating models of partner organizations. New models of co-operation help to create new ways of learning at work for the students. One point is to certify that vocational training gives needed skills for working life. The teachers get more contacts to working life and that way their professional competence increases. Employers get chance to participate in developing vocational training. Results • • • • 10 documented models of co-operation 4 piloted models 10 corrected and clarified curriculum new networks for co-operation The results of the project are gathered to the guidebook: “New models of co-operation; school–enterprise partnership in vocational education” The guidebook will be published in Finnish, Danish, German, Swedish and English.
