A Voyage
The horse and the Tiger
The ape and the Goat
Decided one morning
To hire a boat.
To leave for their own country
And find a new one
Very much in the manner
Columbus had done.
The boat went a sailing
Away and away
It saled and they sailed
For a night and a day.
When all of a sudden
There blew a great gale
The horse was tremble
The tiger grew pale.
The ape and the goat
Nearly fainted together
But the boat when a sailing
In spite of bad weather.
A- Sailing, a-sailing
A- Sailing it goes,
To a wonderful country
Which nobody knows.
The horse and the tigher
The ape and the goat
Were certainly sorry
They chartered the boat.

Chameleon : a truly bizarre lizard
chameleons are unique
creatures in their own right.
Known for their ability to
change color, they can be
seen wearing a variety of
colors, including brown,
green, blue, yellow, red, black
or white. Communication is
an important reason behind
these color changes.
Chameleons have many
other features that distinguish
them from their lizard cousins.
They are the only lizards
with zygodactyle feet, or
pincers. These grasping feet
are ideal for tree climbing.
Chameleons also have an
extremely extensile tongue.
Also distinctive are the
independently moveable

Nuclear reactor
A nuclear reactor is a
device to initiate and
control a sustained
nuclear chain reaction.
Most commonly
they are used for
generating electricity
and for the propulsion
of ships. Usually heat
from nuclear fission is

medical and industrial
use, and some are run

Just as conventional

stations
generate electricity by
harnessing the thermal
energy released from
burning fossil fuels,
nuclear reactors
convert the thermal

nuclear fission.
Leech : a very special physician! Seaplanes : the aircrafts on water!
Yes, leeches can be thought
of as slimy and unattractive
creatures, but ugly or not,
they do serve a lot of medical
purposes when it comes to
us, humans.
Since ancient times, leeches
were used to treat many
illnesses and disease
through bloodletting, a
method where blood was
drawn out in the hope that
removing impure blood
would heal the body.
Believe it or not, leech
therapy is sometimes the surpasses pharmacological body, this traditional method
best alternative in treating treatments. Because of its of curing diseases is still
i l l n e s s e s , a n d e v e n healing effects to the human thriving today.
A seaplane is a fixed-wing
aircraft capable of taking
off and landing (alighting)
on water. Seaplanes that
can also take off and land
on airfields are a subclass
called amphibian aircraft.
Seaplanes and amphibians
are usually divided into
two categories based on
their technological characteristics:
floatplanes and flying boats; the
latter are generally far larger and
can carry far more. These aircraft
were sometimes called hydroplanes
The first manned and controlled
(though unpowered) hydroplane
flight was established by French
aircraft designer, builder and pilot
Gabriel Voisin in June 1905, on the
river Seine; it was a towed flight,
at 15 to 20 m altitude (50 to 66 ft),
and 600 meters (2000 ft) long. The
aircraft was a biplane with an aft tail
and a front elevator, supported at
rest by 2 planing floats (catamaran).
Radio telescopes
A radio telescope is a form of directional radio
antenna used in radio astronomy. The same
types of antennas are also used in tracking
and collecting data from satellites and space
probes. In their astronomical role they differ
from optical telescopes in that they operate in
the radio frequency portion of the electromagnetic
spectrum where they can detect and collect data
on radio sources. Radio telescopes are typically
largeparabolic ("dish") antennas used singly or in
an array. Radio observatories are preferentially
located far from major centers of population to
avoid electromagnetic interference (EMI) from
radio, TV, radar, and other EMI emitting devices.
