Lettering and Logos
Cut Vinyl
Cut Vinyl is a decal, which is cut from a sheet of coloured selfadhesive vinyl. Designs can use multiple colours and be very
intricate if required. Vinyl options range from standard colours
to speciality products for windows or rough walls.
Price is affected by the overall size and grade of vinyl required.
Expected life span: 7 - 10 years

Flat Cut
Cut using a CNC router or laser this has more definition than
cut vinyl lettering, but typically would not be as intricate.
Price is affected by overall size, intricacy and the materials
required. Typical materials (from cheapest to expensive)
include foamex, acrylic, powder coated alu or stainless steel.
Expected life span: 10 - 15 years

Built-up
An extremely elegant solution. This starts life as a flat cut
letter but an edge is applied and welded all the way around to
add extra depth and definition.
Price is affected by overall size and intricacy. Built up lettering
will always be metal; aluminium or stainless are common

Solid Wall Signs
Flat Panel Sign
The most cost effective wall sign. A rigid board is cut to shape
and either cut vinyl or fully printed vinyl is applied to the face.
Can be laminated for extra durability. Fixed through the face.
Price is affected by the overall size and finishing options
required (lamination, rounded corners, wrapped edges etc.)

Acrylic Sign
Usually created by taking clear, flame polished acrylic
and applying a print to the rear, cut vinyl to the face, or a
combination of both. An elegant and robust solution.
Price is affected by the overall size, thickness and quality of
acrylic and fixings required.

Navigator Sign
This is a system that uses a 40mm deep anodised aluminium
frame with a solid panel inside. Cut or printed vinyl is usually
applied to the face. Can be made to size but not cut to
shapes. Fixings are hidden within the sign itself.

Tray Sign
An aluminium panel is cut to size and shape, an edge welded
around and then painted to a colour. Elements like vinyls
or flat cut lettering are then applied to the face. Fixings are
hidden within the sign itself.

Internal Hanging Signs
Flat Panel Hanging Sign
As per the flat panel sign but can be double sided. A range of
hanging solutions can be offered.

Hanging Systems
A wide range of systems are available. Normally constructed
from aluminium extrusions and will usually have cut vinyl
applied to the face. They allow for easy future expansion as
well as having an extremely high quality finish.

Exterior Brand Signs
Post and Track Sign
A very popular and cost effective large brand sign. An
aluminium sheet is cut to shape and size and a graphic is
applied to the face. A fixing track is welded to the rear and the
sign is suspended on posts, which are planted in the ground.

Plaza Sign
An aluminium tray is created and powder coated to a choice
of colours. Vinyls and/or cut lettering can be applied to
the face. The tray is held between square posts, which are
planted in the ground.

Navigator Totem Sign
Part of the Navigator range this totem uses anodised
aluminium posts with a rigid board between. Can be finished
with vinyls or flat cut lettering.

For maximum impact the large totem sign will never fail to
deliver. Fabricated according to your final design and budget
each sign can include a wide array of finishing and material

Large Exterior Wall Signs
Printed Banner
The most cost effective solution for large walls. A PVC banner
material is printed and edges sewn with a hem. Eyelets are
punched around the perimeter and the banner is fixed from the
face.

Multiple boards are cut and printed vinyl is applied to the
face of all to create a larger sign. Can be laminated for extra
durability. Fixed through the face.

Flex Faced Banner Systems
This uses an aluminium frame that holds a printed banner in
tension to create the illusion of a large rigid sign. The depth
of the frame adds weight to the sign and allows a smooth
finish, free of visible fixings. Easy to change the banner.
