TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership entitles the named child free entry 7 days a week to our Indoor Activity Centre
during pay to play sessions.
Pay to play opening times are 10am - 6:30pm, however, on occasion we reserve the right to
close the centre at 4:30pm to host private parties. We will endeavour to ensure that the dates
and times of these private parties are posted on the website at least 7 days in advance. The
dates and times will also be posted on the noticeboard within the centre.
Members are able to pre-book pay to play sessions 7 days in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your reserved session if you turn up late.
One months written notice is required to terminate your membership. If you leave and rejoin a
new joining fee will be payable unless a special promotion is in place.
Membership is non-refundable
Members are required to carry their membership card when visiting the centre and must
produce their card to gain entry to the centre. A £1 administration fee will be charged for
replacement cards.
Fees and charges are reviewed periodically. Members will be given one months written notice
of any changes and will be required to pay any revised dues from the date at which it becomes
applicable. Members may of course give written notice if they do not wish to remain members
after such a revision.
If any member shall, in the reasonable opinion of Funky’s, cause nuisance or annoyance to
other members, customers or guests, misuse the centre facilities, breach the centre rules or
behave in any way that the centre deems inappropriate, Funky’s reserves the right to refuse
admission and/or expel or suspend that member forthwith. The Centre Manager has the
authority to terminate the membership if he/she reasonably holds that the member has
behaved in the manner alleged.
Personal information and data provided to Funky’s will be used for the purpose of processing
your membership application and, if accepted providing the centre facilities to you. Funky’s
may from time to time send you information about funky’s and may also pass on your details to
other companies so that they may send you selected information that may be of interest to
you. If you wish to receive information from funky’s, or other carefully selected third parties please tick here.
Funky’s may need to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Details of any
changes will be displayed on the Centre notice board.
It is your responsibility to cancel the Bankers Order with your Bank.
