The balance for Christmas Day must be received by 10th December. If you make a booking after the balance due date payment will be required in full. 3. All Company Cheques must be received seven working days prior to the event. Cancellations can be made at any time in writing to the Landlord/Landlady. Please note only monies over and above the deposit will be refunded, when your cancellation is received before the balance due date. We reserve the right to ask for full payment of the balance of the meal if cancellations are made after the balance due date. 4. All menu items are subject to availability.
