business women within the Tampa Bay community distributed over $2,000.00 in value of new shoes and
socks in December of 2011 to Cornerstone Kids and the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch. This was done through
their own charity Alegria’s Kickin’ for Kids, Inc., a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. The generous support
from many Tampa Bay businesses and individuals, David Alexander Jewelry and A. Kilbride Insurance helped
make this possible. Contributions in kind from Alegria membership went to the Salesian Boys and Girls Club
of Tampa. We are truly grateful to all persons who have contributed to make this possible - thank you to all who

December Holiday 2012 Shoe cumulative Distributions
Cornerstone Kids - 30 children received the gift of new Nike athletic shoes and socks.
Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch - 30 children received the gift of new Nike athletic shoes and socks.
Cleveland Elementary - 90 First Graders received the gift of new Nike athletic shoes and socks.
The Salesian Boys and Girls Club of Tampa - 50 children received the gift of new shoes.
20 children at the Safety Harbor Neighborhood Center received the gift of new shoes.
40 children at the Safety Harbor Community Center received the gift of new shoes.
130 children participating in the Florida Blue Kids Running Program received the gift of new shoes.
(Part of the 2013 Gasparilla Distance Classic)
100 children at Hope Children’s Home received the gift of new PayLess Shoe Source shoes of their choice.

Parade sponsorship of A. Kilbride Insurance helped make this possible. Contributions in kind from Alegria
membership and through Miles Cameron’s shoe drive at Hillsborough High School went to the Salesian
