Purpose/Description:
This program will highlight current and emerging topics in pediatric palliative care during the prenatal
and newborn periods, and issues that may continue into childhood.

options to families for children approaching the end of life.
Identify ethical issues related to nutritional support.
Understand the role of and supportive services offered by the NICU Rehabilitation Therapies

Describe ethical problems surrounding neonates with life-limiting diagnoses.
Discuss the impact of perinatal palliative care on patients and families.
