This is our signature burger. Nestled inside
a soft pretzel roll is a cooked-to-order 8 oz.
burger with bacon, pepper jack cheese, onion
strings, lettuce, tomato and a side of giardiniera.
EL GORDO $12
½ pound steak patty topped with pepper jack,
cheddar, provolone, 3 strips of bacon, a
homemade onion ring, deep fried pickles and
spicy 1000 island dressing.

SCHUBERT ST. $12
When you add cheddar, gouda, chopped bacon,
diced red onion, lettuce, tomato and chipotle
BBQ sauce to our ½ pound burger you know
you must be at ROCKS.
THE “RED EYE” $12
This burger starts out normal - lettuce, tomato
and onion - but then we add a fried egg, bacon
and enough shredded cheddar and jack cheeses
to need a defibrillator.

½ pound steak burger served on Texas toast
with grilled onions and blanketed with cheddar
and provolone cheeses.

Two 4 oz. burger patties stuffed with pepper jack
cheese and bacon. All topped with some jalapeño
mayo and chopped bacon, and served with

This was Melizabeth Santos’s winning entry last
year to the annual “What’s Your Burger Creation”
competition. It’s a Sazon Goya seasoned burger
with Chihuahua cheese, fajita style grilled onions
and peppers with a jalapeño mayo spread to give
it that kick.

A sure fire hangover cure. Two corn tortillas are each
topped with a fried egg, homemade salsa, jalapeños,
shredded cheddar with fresh cilantro and diced tomato.
Throw in a side of tortilla chips for good measure.

6 oz. peppercorn crusted hanger steak grilled to order

onions and a side of Maker’s Mark maple syrup.
