Round Pretzel Bun Product Code # 36806 - sliced - 72 x 113g / case Honey Mustard Glazed Grilled Chicken Sandwich Ingredients 1 1 ½ oz 1 2 1 oz with Baby Arugula, Tomatoes and Smoked Gouda Round Pretzel Bun Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Honey Mustard Slice Smoked Gouda Slices of Ripe Roma Tomatoes Baby Arugula Preparation 1. Grill chicken breast, when done brush honey mustard on top of breast. 2. Toast inside of bun. 3. Layer the cheese, arugula and tomatoes on the bottom. 4. Flash the chicken breast under a hot broiler for 30 seconds to glaze mustard. 5. Finish the sandwich assembly and serve. Round Pretzel Bun Mushroom & Swiss Cheeseburger Panini Ingredients 1 1 2 oz 1 1 1 Round Pretzel Bun 6 oz Hamburger Patty Mushrooms, Sliced and Sauteed in Butter Slice of Swiss Cheese Piece of Leaf Lettuce Tomato Slice Burger Condiments Preparation 1. Cut bun in half and toast or grill. 2. When burger is almost cooked, top with Swiss cheese and finish cooking, so cheese melts. 3. Top with mushrooms. Add lettuce and tomato and serve with preferred condiments. BBQ Chicken Salad & Havarti Melt Ingredients 1 Round Pretzel Bun 1 Grilled Chicken Meat (White, Dark or Combination), Diced 2 oz Mayonnaise ½ tsp Texmex Seasoning 1 tbs Green Onions, Sliced 1 tbs Red Pepper, Grilled or Roasted, Diced 1 3 oz Slice Havarti Cheese Piece Leaf Lettuce Preparation 1. Mix mayonnaise and Texmex seasoning together. 2. Add diced chicken, green onions and red peppers. 3. Place mixture on bottom of bun and top with havarti slice. 4. Place in hot oven (400ºF) to quickly melt the cheese. 5.
