In Colour B:
*Cast on every other peg to a total
width of 8 pegs.
Knit 138 rows in straight stockinette
stitch from cast on.
Cast off.*
Repeat from * to * 2 times.

To Make the Throw Blanket:
In Colour A:
*Cast on every other peg across the
complete 12” knitting board as
indicated in the following diagram.
Knit 138 rows in straight stockinette
stitch from cast on.
To Finish the Blanket:
Using a sweater sewing needle and
remaining wool, join 3 Colour A
pieces together on the long sides.
Continue joining knit pieces as
follows: Colour B, Colour, C, Colour
B and the remaining 3 pieces of
Colour A.
Single crochet around all four outer
edges of blanket; 1sc in each knitted
stitch and 3 sc in each corner stitch.
Repeat 3 times around the blanket
without turning in between rows.
Pull in wool ends.
You are done!
