Auctioneer’s Statement:
Angie has decided to downsize and is selling her land, home
and most all of her personal property. Most all of the items are
only 5 years old or newer with exception of the antiques and
collectibles. The home, equipment, furniture, etc. is in great
shape and has not been used much. This will be a large sale and
we will be selling in two sale rings most of the day. The land,
with home and barns, will sell at approx. 12:00.

REAL ESTATE TERMS: Property will be sold subject to owner’s
confirmation. 10% of purchase price to be placed in escrow day
of sale. Balance of purchase price to be due and payable upon
acceptance of title. All taxes will be prorated to day of closing.
