The 720 model was designed for use with the 9300/9322 Series Cultivators and is able to accommodate narrow row spacings of 20 and 22 inches. The Orthman 720 model also accomodates wider row spacings, and can be used on any Orthman 8300 Series Cultivators produced from 2005 to present. 720 Cultivator Lift Assist Wheel NOTE: The Orthman 720 Lift Assist Wheel will not accomodate 8300 Series Cultivators made prior to 2005 where down pressure springs are located outside of the parallel linkage. Weld-on toolbar mounts provide a solid Lift Assist Wheel to toolbar foundation. When ordering, order the bolt on weld fixture which is required in order to weld the Lift Assist Wheel mounts to the toolbar. The dual arms allow for a row unit of up to 15 1/2” wide. A hydraulic flow divider allows both Lift Assist Wheels to be operated simultaneously with one tractor hydraulic remote. Orthman 777 Lift Assist Wheels relieve the tractor as they provide an additional lifting capacity of 10,000 lbs. The 777 Lift Assist Wheels operate on heavy duty 12.5L x 15SL 20 ply tires. The 786 design replaces the 785 planter lift assist wheels. The 786 boasts a stronger mounting platform with a bolt-on mount for clamping around a 7” x 7” toolbar. The standard mount provides 55” of wheel clearance when castered forward, as if in reverse. Double bearing hubs and 9.5L - 15SL 12 ply tires allow for 5,000 lb. lifting capability per pair and the yoke pivot tapered roller bearings provide longevity and load carrying. The screw-adjustable lower stop allows for precise leveling of implements once in the field. Lift cylinders are plumbed single acting with a breather standard. The 787 Lift Assist Wheels accommodate machines of 30” and wider dependant upon planter row units. The 787 includes a hydraulic flow divider to allow both Lift Assist Wheels to be activated with one tractor remote. An optional cross tube packages increases stability as well as provides a mounting platform for nurse tank hitches. The heavy duty 787 Planter Lift Assist Wheels provide the tractor with an additional 10,000 lbs. of lifting capacity.
