The BIG Celebration is on Satu rda y Ju n e 21st 11am - 3pm with a tent event - companies
sampling their products, FREE samples, and a BBQ where you can purchase your lunch. We are hoping to
have live entertainment for a few hours, however, that is unconfirmed right now. Whatever the case, it is
going to be a great time to come and celebrate with us.

Also arriving the first week in June is 'The World's Safest Glass
Bottle'. The PURE Glass Bottle is the only glass bottle on the

farm. Initially started by Rick and Mary Mazak 39 years ago, the farm is now operated by their daughter

Recipe of the Month : Asparagus Stir-fry
I NGRED I ENTS
1 bunch of organic asparagus
1 organic red pepper, chopped
1 package of cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp Bragg's All Purpose Seasoning
1 tbsp coconut oil
METH OD
Place the asparagus, red pepper & mushrooms in a large skillet or wok with the coconut oil and stir fry for
5 - 10 minutes (be careful not to over cook the veggies). Add the garlic and fry for an additional 3
minutes. Add the Bragg's All Purpose Seasoning right before serving.
This is excellent as a side dish or on pasta.
