We are looking for a marketing professional who has the ability to make strategic recommendations in an effort to contribute to the growth of their online products and digital marketing services. Job Title: Account Manager Salary Range: Based on experience Reports to: Stephanie Shreve, Director of Account Services Tasks and Responsibilities Include: Responsible for the overall health of the client relationship and serves as the primary point of contact Communicate regularly with the client to identify areas of opportunities and threats. Escalate threats to internal management for quick resolution. PROPRIETORY AND CONFIDENTIAL ©2014 PowerChord, Inc. 1 nd 100 2 Ave S, Suite 200 S Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 t. 800.350.0981 f. 727.388.3430 PowerChordSystem.com Add value for the client by providing strategic recommendations regarding their web properties, digital marketing and overall business – position PowerChord as an extension of their management team Lead meeting presentation development Present to various client audiences – executive management, marketing team, sales staff and Dealer network Travel to client meetings as necessary Understand the client’s business goals and priorities and communicate those goals to internal PowerChord staff Manage client revenue projections and invoicing Review reporting data and provide in-sights and analysis to make data actionable Creative problem solving – understand problems or concerns presented by the client or internally and find solutions Create and present sales proposals for the web properties and digital marketing Communication must be clear and concise, and demonstrate depth of knowledge of client’s individual projects, product line and competitive lines Knowledge of the client’s web properties for training and Dealer calls Knowledge of digital marketing channels and specific campaigns Ability to work closely with a team to manage development and digital marketing implementation Lead weekly project status calls Lead bi-weekly client review meetings Ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks to properly manage deadlines Required Skills Experience in managing large scale clients Strong familiarity with the digital environment Four year degree in a marketing or business related field Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication skills Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills with experience prioritizing multiple deadlines Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment Proficient in Microsoft Office product suites Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities A passion for client success and a fanatical approach to client service Dedication to delivering a high level of service Efficient systematic approach, excellent time management Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team PROPRIETORY AND CONFIDENTIAL ©2014 PowerChord, Inc. 2 nd 100 2 Ave S, Suite 200 S Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 t. 800.350.0981 f. 727.388.3430 PowerChordSystem.com High level of initiative Amidst all the hard work there’s Benefits, Perks & Fun We hire talented people so you won’t be micromanaged 14 days of vacation your first year – woo hoo!
