Off we will go to visit the voted #1 zoo, the Wild World of Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo. Divided into 7
main exhibit areas you will have time to explore the bird aviaries, & the Primate World where monkey
business is a daily occurrence. Next you can visit the Florida Boardwalk- from land, sea and sky, and then
set off to the African Safari. OH MY! Get a close up look at leopards, tigers, and bears and many more
endangered animals at the Asian Gardens. Don’t forget your camera. (Lunch included at Red Rose).

retirement from the White Star Line, given in honor by George and Eleanor Widener. Be one of the

Travel to Myakka Fl to the winter training camp of the Royal Lippizan Stallions where you will learn why
they owe their existence to General George Patton & Colonel Hermann. Wait until you see the grace and
beauty of these gentle giants as they glide through their various routines under the commands of their
trusted trainers. This demonstration will show the relationship between horse and rider and you will be
amazed as you watch them prance and dance around the ring. (Lunch included at Troyer’s Amish

Hollis Gardens and Frank Lloyd Wright

Do you know that right here in Central Florida there is a permanent display of photographs, furniture, and
drawings of Frank Lloyd Wright, the famous architect. Our day trip starts out at the “Child of the Sun”
visitor center at the Florida Southern College. We will gain insight into the relationship Mr. Wright had
with this college through the displays and a guided tour of the various buildings on campus. After lunch
we will head to the beautiful Hollis Gardens which was voted Best of Class Gardens. The formal 1.2 acre
botanical gardens donated by the Hollis family contains water features, thousands of flowers, ornamental
shrubs and much more. (Lunch on Own at Harry’s Seafood Bar and Grill).

Ybor City & Columbia Restaurant Dinner Show

Today we will travel to Ybor City, Tampa’s Historic Latin Quarter. It offers an exotic blend of aromas,
flavors, sights and sounds. Visit the Ybor City Museum complex which covers about one half of a city
block and includes an ornamental garden, and three restored cigar workers houses. You might then choose
to take the trolley or stroll down 7th Avenue, named in 2008 by the American Planning Association as “One
of the Ten Greatest Streets in America”. Browse the eclectic shops and art galleries or stop by one of the
many cigar stores in hopes of seeing a hand-rolled cigar being made. Stop for a cup of Cuban coffee or
some Spanish Sangria. But don’t over indulge as dinner will be served at the famous Columbia Restaurant,
a Florida tradition since 1905. In addition to award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine, the restaurant features
flamenco dance performances which we will enjoy before we set out for home.

Wow! This delightful journey to Lake Placid, FL is one you are sure to remember. Our step-on-guide will
board our coach and share information on the 42 beautiful murals that adorn the buildings in this lovely
town. You will learn the history of how these murals came about with information specific to each one.
We will then browse the Caladium Arts and Crafts Co-Op and visit the newest attraction, The Toby Clown
Museum and Library. (Lunch included at Heron’s Garden).

Forever Florida Eco-Safari

Today we are off on a Safari. An Eco-Safari right here in St.Cloud. Sitting 5 feet off the ground in our
open air safari coach we will go on an adventure. We will go deep into the 4,700 acre Forever Florida
wildlife conservation area preserved just as nature intended. This pristine site boasts nine distinct Florida
ecosystems and an endless array of natural flora and fauna. Hold on to your seat and bring your camera.
Hopefully there will still be time to set a spell in the rocker on the wrap around porch after we have light
